I used this when cruising around Italy from the Mediterranean to the Adriatic Sea. Every port had good coverage in Italy, Greece, Croatia, and Slovenia. I used my phone as a hotspot and the speed was very good. It was easy to get it working on my Pixel 8. I didn't have to change any network settings.I tried to use the SIM in a WiFi hotspot but it could never connect. There must be some setting on the hotspot I missed.When I first received the SIM the package had an expiration date that had already passed. I emailed Cellhire support and got a reply within an hour. After a couple of emails with the VP of operations he made sure my SIM was correctly provisioned and assured me it would work. I was very pleased with the response and efficiency of Cellhire support.

Worked seamlessly in Italy, San Marino, Switzerland, and the Greek Isles. Just plugged into our Mifi and it was ready to go as soon as we landed in Switzerland. Did not have a problem finding a network through out our travels.One recommendation is to allow review of data remaining via a website or something as there was no way to top up the Sim after activation we were worried about running out of data during the trip as data was being shared among four people. Had to request data usage information via email support which was very responsive. Would buy again

Worked well in Barcelona. Followed instructions (change APN) when traveling to France, connection is intermittent. Works in Pezenas and Carcassonne France, but absolutely no connection in Béziers. Contacted tech support which was very responsive and seems knowledgeable, but still cannot connect.

We bought these for a trip to Ireland. I did not take a close look at them until we arrived in Ireland to notice that they expired in June of 2024...we were in Ireland October of 2024, a good four months after the expiration date. We tried to use them anyway, without any luck. Without cell phones which worked in Ireland from our old carrier, we were unable to call customer support. We ended up going to a cell phone store in Dublin (ie) and they put sim cards in our phones for a fraction of the price and they worked throughout Ireland during our entire stay. I do not recommend buying these sim cards if you are traveling to Ireland.

Worked immediately when I got to Rome. It did seem to have less reception in certain areas but I'm not sure if that's due to the sim card itself or the area I was using it in because I traveled to a couple of cities (Rome, Venice, Florence, Montepulciano, Naples, Positano, etc) during my trip. Overall I'm pleased with it. I also would turn on airplane mode whenever it wasn't in use and used wifi wherever it was available to ensure I didn't use up my data unnecessarily.

Sim 20 is not working at all and not visible to any phone. The 40 gb SIM is working, but only to send messages , no video, even no pic ..

Bought one of these for a trip to Europe (Poland) and after a bit of work adjusting settings it worked great in a Netgear 4g router. Had another trip to Europe (Greece) a few weeks later that would cross over the first card's expiration, so I bought a second to bring along. First card worked great in both Athens and in some of the islands, and when it reached the end of its 30 days, I swapped in the second card, but it absolutely would not connect. Customer service was less than useless sending just a list of original instructions, and then two days after I sent a detailed explanation of the settings and problem just an email that said "did it ever connect"? No help so we were stuck without data for the end of the trip. Seems like it's a bit of a lotto whether you'll be able to connect. Beware!

I got this for travel to Finland so I could easily keep in touch with family/friends while abroad. This saved me money from relying on my current carrier for service and gave me all the freedom and connectivity I needed.It was easy to install to my Pixel phone, simply just replaced my SIM with this and followed the easy instructions on the package and I was running at high speed immediately.Great cost for the amount of data and speed provided. I never got close to running out of data and was always able to connect when I needed/wanted. This allowed me to easily use local transport, connect to many new areas, talk to family/friends.Customer service from supplier (CELLHIRE) was great as well. This was not my first interaction with the CELLHIRE team, I have had the pleasure of working with them before. And once again I had a great user experience and interaction with the team for any support I needed!Overall I would definitely use this again. I was able to share WiFi with this, stay connected locally and abroad. The cost was great and the ease of use was exactly what I needed.
