I've had this cam working for more than a year now and quite happy with it. I've also go the older Logitech cams which were the only ones available at the time that were compatible with HomeKit but now we have more choices. This one works quite well and surprisingly I have two of them outdoors and have been working fine! They are under eaves out of direct rain which likely helps but pretty amazing they work this well even in very cold temps here in Toronto. I like that I can fire up the native app and control the pan and tilt of the lens from anywhere, rather than getting up on a ladder. I also have one indoors, and all work well. Great HomeKit compatible cam for the price!

Absolutely great camera, especially if you have pets! I use this for my little black kitten and i am able to see him perfectly, even in the dark! It is such a quality camera especially for the price. The wire is easily hidden, if you care about that. It has a really loud speaker, just i suggest turning down the alarm while youre in the room!!

My son told me about this camera because he had one to check on his puppy when he was away from his home. My mother recently fell and broke both bones in her ankle, and was going to be in the care of someone who I wasn’t. sure if I trusted so with her being in New Jersey and me being in North Carolina. I needed a way to keep an eye on her and also to be able to communicate with her. These cameras do the trick! I am very happy with my purchase.

I wanted an inexpensive indoor camera that didn't require a monthly service fee. Eufy fit that bill nicely. I use it in my garage and has plenty of settings to allow you to personalize the coverage and notifications that work best for you. I also bought the recommended memory card on Amazon and in my case, it probably holds a year of video clips. Great camera.

I’m a huge fan of eufy E220 cameras. I’ve got a whole bunch of them - 12 to be exact! They’re super affordable and the motion detection works great. You can even set up automations to make your life easier.

This is the fifth Eufy Security Indoor Cam Pan & Tilt I have bought. I use it to watch my parents to make sure they are safe and have not fallen. Once while watching my dad did fall and I was able to call 911 from my home and then talk to the paramedics when they arrived. I like that it pans and it works well even in dark rooms.

This is my first security camera and it was fairly easy to set up. It still took me awhile because I'm not techie at all. The picture is great as well as the sound quality and vision range. Can't wait to set up my outdoor ones. My only issue was that I expected it to come with a memory card otherwise I would have prepared and bought one with it.

Bought the black pet cam previously and found they worked great. Video quality was way better than my more expensive Arlo system. I was able to talk with my dog, when I was at work and see what he’s up to. Now I use them to look after my house when I’m away, it picks up human or animals that are on the property. I bought this one because I found rat poop in my garage as this camera will spot small animals and notify me of movement. I found that I thought I had mouse droppings on my deck railing, but turned out to be a tiny squirrel visiting. I would definitely purchase other Eufy products as they are so easy to set up, compared to my Arlo cameras.

Okay this is going to be a honest review of the Eufy indoor camera and all the reasons you should not purchase. I've owned this camera for more than a year. You might ask why I kept it so long. Well it works with other garbage eufy cams and you only need one app for outdoor and indoor cams so it was convenient. And eufy kept promising updates to fix the problems but never did. If you don't want to read the details, here is my recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY EUFY PRODUCT.the first and most troubling is the fact that Eufy does NOT encrypt the videos your camera captures. They boast they do but if you Google "eufy camera security" or "eufy leaves millions of cameras unprotected and were viewed by millions", you will see that their so called security to protect your recorded videos is hot garbage. They were allowing private recordings to be seen publicly. They claim to have fixed this but I know they didn't. In summary, easily hackable.2nd problem is the quality of video. It claims 2K capability. That's just a lie. None of the recordings are quality. You can't make out faces at all. It's blurry and such low quality. It's not even 1080p. So if you want to see who is breaking into your house this is not going to work for you.3rd is the support that eufy has or lack of support is a better way to put it. So in the app there is an option to contact eufy to report problems. That's great that it's an option but half the time you're waiting in a queue for hours. And if you do actually get a person they have no idea how to troubleshoot, no clue to how the eufy system works. I'm not sure the requirements to be on the eufy customer service team but from what I've experienced their screening process is minimal and I don't think they train their people at all. I honestly don't know how eufy is still in business. They should not be. They are owned by Anker now but nothing has changed.If you're still reading this, I will close this review out with a few other problems that do not require explanations. You'll see what I mean.Sometimes the camera will move by itself and you'll look up and it's watching you.Getting it to pair with the eufy app takes a lot of patience. Multiple resets are involved. Re-entering the wifi password over and over. It's a joke.Oh and did I mention that eufy does not secure the videos or live feed? Yeah, they don't. If you own a eufy camera just know people are watching you. 👀In closing, eufy can get @$#&ed. From top to bottom they have failed. 0 stars would not recommend.

We initially bought one for home security. Buy a storage card if you want to play back and save videos. Several weeks after we bought the camera my teenaged daughter started having seizures. We bought a 2nd camera, one for her room and the other for the living room which overlooks the kitchen and entrance to the bathroom she uses. This was a huge peace of mind for us during summer break when she was home alone. If I was worried because I thought she was in bed too long I could talk to her through the camera on my phone and she'd answer. You can set motion notifications or leave them off and check history later. I was alerted everytime she left her room, went into the living room or kitchen and back. If I didn't get an alert in a while I'd check and see her watching TV. I knew she was safe and all for a small cost. Picture quality is great....sound is great for recording, but live communication can cut in and out.
