Here's how each duration option behaves:
- "10s", "15s", or "20s": Selecting any of these options will set the recording duration to the chosen time, providing consistent recordings of the specified length.
- "Auto" (available with a paid subscription): When this option is selected, the device will record a video for up to 3 minutes if the PIR sensor detects continuous motion. Please keep in mind that the "Auto" mode can potentially consume more battery power as it involves longer recordings when motion is detected.
Important Note
- Adjusting the motion detection duration will have an impact on the device's battery life. Consider the battery consumption of your device when choosing the appropriate duration option that best fits your needs.
What is Cool Down Time?
- Cool Down Time refers to the interval between video captures during which the device does not respond to PIR (Passive Infrared) triggers. Once the Cool Down Time period ends, if there is a PIR trigger along with motion detection, the device immediately initiates video recording.
- Some devices have limited interval options and are restricted from disabling Cool Down Time. To unlock additional interval options or disable Cool Down Time for those devices, consider purchasing a subscription.

I installed this camera at my business for extra security and it was really easy to set up with the wireless connection and app. The solar power feature is really convenient as I didn’t have a power outlet nearby to connect to. The video quality is pretty good and I really like that it can pan in different directions so I can see all around when viewing from home. The mic is good too and like the alarm feature as well for security.

I couldn’t be happier with a purchase of Allweviee Solar Security Cameras, I placed on front of my house , I really like the option to turn the camera 360% and up and down with the phone app, it was very easy to install and the video quality its really good, but the best of all, is that its powered by solar system no need to be pulling extension cords all over.

The camera has very clear and accurate angles and images for the price. I have four high-end brand cameras as well, and I needed one extra, so I bought this one for testing. It actually works great, just like the others, even at night the view is clear. Installation and setup were easy. I love how this one comes with a solar panel, so I don’t have to worry about charging. Plus, it’s waterproof, making it good for all types of weather.

I absolutely love the cameras themselves. Day time pictures are crystal clear and even the night time pictures that automatically clarify themselves look amazing. I would 100% give these a 5 start rating if the APP DIDNT SUCK SO BAD!! Don’t get me wrong it’s navigable but it constantly looses connecting even with full WiFi signal and the only way to bring it back up is to completely close out the app and restart it. Being able to review recordings is pretty straight forward through the app. It just needs some major overhaul work. And it needs the ability to reorder your cameras in the view. Currently I have been able to reorder them. Overall great product for the money, great picture quality, HORRIBLE app.
