I wanted to use this for my phone and printer, but only one would work with one plugged in, and neither worked with both plugged in.Defeats the purpose of this device if it does not make this convenient. Now I just plug one in when I need it, and then I switch it when I need the other. Super inconvenient, but would have been the same with this device.Don’t buy because you will probably return it.Costs more to buy and return than to not buy at all. :(

This coupler is sturdy and performs well for my purpose. I'm using it to connect two type RG45 Motorola microphones to one radio. I didn't expect the coupler to be as stout as it is, and it performs like a champ.

I had to replace my Wi-Fi router; the new one only had 2 ports at the base; I needed a 3rd one to plug in my phone modem so I bought this splitter. As soon as I received it, I plugged it into the router. I took for granted that everything would be fine; I did not test or check the phone for connection; I really don’t use my phone but I like having a land line so I do not have to give my cell number to everyone. Weeks later, I finally looked at my cordless phone, the display read, ‘no line’. I told myself I need to check that out when I have a chance; just recently did. I plugged, unplugged and switched cables and power cords; the phone still reads ‘no line’. I am not certain if the splitter I received is defective or I can’t plug in a phone which doesn’t seem right. I am hoping to get a response from the manufacturer or supplier with this review. Otherwise I will just return it for a refund. The packing pouch that the splitter came in states the warranty and the free user support but doesn’t list any contact information. Help.
