How to focus the telescope?
- Take out the dust cover on the main body, and recommended put into a lower power eyepiece first
- Adjust body tube that is roughly aligned with the observed target,you’d better search for a large object (ex: house) that is close to the target.
- Use finder scope to aim at the target and make it in the center of the field of view.Then rotate the focus hand wheel slowly until you see the clearest image.

The ESSLNB Telescope for Adults, with its 700mm focal length, unfortunately falls short of expectations. Here’s a summary of my experience:Cons: • Build Quality: The materials used feel cheap and flimsy, leading to concerns about the telescope’s durability. • Optical Performance: The image quality is poor, with blurry and unfocused views making it difficult to enjoy stargazing or terrestrial observation. • Stability: The tripod is unstable, causing constant vibrations that disrupt viewing. • Assembly: The setup instructions are unclear and complicated, making assembly a frustrating process.Overall, this telescope does not deliver on its promises and is not worth the investment. The low-quality build and poor performance make it a disappointing purchase.

QThe telescope itself is perfect for any beginner. Was very simple to put together taking less than 10 minutes. The lenses all look great and function great. The finderscope was easy to calibrate. My only issue for this package was that the phone holder attachment seems to be broken. It prevents me from aligning it correctly so it's kind of useless to me. Will be updating with pictures taken though by hand!

Ok, so I am very new to stargazing and astronomy in general. I read a lot (on and off Amazon) and found that this one was liked by a lot of people as a starter scope. One of the main reasons I settled for this one is that it was a total package. Many articles and videos state that there are a few accessories that you really should get, but they are all included in this package! (Constellation Chart, different strength eye-pieces, Moon filter and more). Even a carry case is included.I have not had too many chances to use this yet, but the first couple times it was very easy to set up and use. Prior to it arriving, I was sent a message from the seller with information and documentation and it was REALLY nice and VERY helpful. The follow-through is something that does not happen much, but it was really nice to see!Great scope and company!

Great product, works perfectly! The phone holder doesn’t work with my iPhone, the camera isn’t centered with the eyepiece...not sure any phone would work. But who cares, I didn’t buy the telescope to watch an image on my phone. I think there is a piece included that I really have no idea what it’s for because the instructions don’t have it listed. I didn’t adjust the screwdriver far enough initially and the telescope tipped when I was looking through it...but after I tightened the telescope didn’t drift and it stayed steady for the image. I kind of wish the telescope had longer legs, because I had it zoomed on the moon, which was high in the sky and I practically had to squat to look through the eye piece. Entertaining anyways. If anyone has trouble focusing, they probably are turning the knob far enough. For beginners it’s easier to focus on the moon at first, before looking for smaller objects.

Update: As I said before, the customer service was very good. Janis worked with me and helped me find a scope that was more to my liking. She is pleasant to work with and I wish more customer services reps were like she is._____I was attracted by the barlow lens, the steel tripod, the upright view and the suction phone pad. All nice features but they don't amount to much if you can't figure out how to use them. For that you need an intelligible instruction manual, and what I got was rife with broken English and even red lines through some phrases.The scope hood and cover were detached and there was no indication in the manual that it would come packaged this way or how to attach it. There's also no indication in the Amazon description or the manual that the red dot spotter requires a battery. Nor does it indicate how to get the plastic from between the battery and the holder. There were other issues too numerous to mention. These things may be expected by a more experienced user, but I don't recommend it for a beginner.I will say that the customer support team was very good at responding; I just didn't feel that their responses were very helpful. Every time I got a response it ended with them letting me know that I could return the product, so after the third time I did.

Las ópticas son correctas pero las sujeciones no sujetan lo que deberían y simplemente intentando enfocar pierdes el objeto que estés observando, no te digo ya como intentes cambiar de ocular. Puede servir para ver la luna, pero no esperes identificar nada en un planeta, aunque lo localices va a durar poco en el objetivo.
