It states the stand goes up like 48” or so. This is not true, the one I received it went up like 1.5 ft. I basically had to lay on the ground to look through the scope. And even though it was cheap comparatively, I would not recommend.

As a TRUE beginner, this was a bit challenging for me to fully understand all of the bells and whistles, but I'm learning. We've had it for a few months and have used a hand full of times - but 4/8 will be it's test!

This is my first telescope. The tripod is very flimsy and moves easily once you have it set up, and that is not in a good way. I have enjoyed looking at the moon but had when it is moving around and not steady.

I have tried really hard with this but no matter what I do, the area to see anything is basically a pinhole so it’s frustrating to try finding anything worth seeing.

This is awesome you can see the stars and moon very clearly and it’s very sturdy comes with a nice padded backpack to the scope in for when you travel

Would have been good enough for a starter telescope, but arrived with bits of black plastic inside the telescope. Which render it pretty much useless unless you don't mind always looking at black dots.

It’s ok, the stand is very stiff and hard to move when trying to use the scope, it doesn’t move smoothly and will take you off your target, the scope to line up the target isn’t very accurate at all. It might take sometime to figure it out.
