Utter failure. The plastic connector holding the wand in place at the turnoff handle broke after only 5 months of use. Terrible. Don’t buy this.

Very good quality nozzle. 90% metal and no real cheap plastic anywhere. Costs a little more but it'll last you 10x longer

This sprayer is built well and works great. Time will tell if it holds up, but first impressions tell me it's going to last a lot longer than those plastic throw away sprayers. Buy it!

Seems well made just puzzling that the control lever is backward from every other spray device we own. You pull it towards you to increase spray. Annoying at best, at worst has resulted in a few inadvertent soakings.

I have used a lot of these water wands in the past and this one does not disappoint. It is really well made and the water toggle feels really smooth and when you close the water off the end does not drip. It has all the common head sprays but the actuation on the dial just feels stronger than the others I have worn out in the past. I will update after I give this a test in the garden this season. right now it is watering plants in my 4x4 indoor.

I bought this for my mother because none of the sprayers at the big-box home stores lasted very long. It's very nice and ergonomic and my mother loves it. After about 2 years the threads on the nozzle end split causing a bad leak. When I contacted ESOW to ask about the warranty period they just went ahead and offered my a replacement or refund. Our hoses are drained for the winter, and the crack occurred on the unpressurized side anyway, so it was probably just a fluke. It was difficult to track it down to the threads. At first it seemed to be an issue with the gasket, and I printed a variety of replacement gaskets out of TPU, but eventually I spotted the crack.Anyway, ESOW were polite and to the point, and replaced the sprayer without a hassle. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Product looked great and worked great out of the box, but after a few months, the valve would not fully release when you shut it off, and when you turned the hose bib on the next time, it would blast out water before you even depressed the nozzle lever. Then after 9 months, it started leaking from underneath the rubber cover near the top of the handle. We put up with this until the stream became too annoying to use the nozzle. We couldn't water our plants or wash the car without also watering ourselves! I finally cut the rubber cover off and found that the thin metal body of this sprayer was cracked. I was surprised at how thin and cheap the metal casting was, just like the $2.99 lowest grade nozzles you see at the hardware store. Everything you can see online looks great, but the main component, the casted body, is cheap cheap cheap. My last nozzle lasted fifteen years because it was labeled "industrial" grade, and it was. I spent more on this one because it looked like it was sturdy enough, but in the end it completely failed in less than a year. Don't waste your money on this one.

I feel like I got more than what I asked for when this Garden Hose Nozzle Sprayer arrived. I've not used it for very long but I can tell you it was wrapped like a solid piece of equipment instead of a flimsy cheap plastic sprayer. It is heavy and smooth. When changing the water pressure and the settings to what you want the spray to be like it glides smoothly and it feels like it will last years instead of months. This is important because my big puppy which is solid muscle and strength and thinks playing in the water, and attacking the garden hose and the sprayer is the only reason to live! This Sprayer came with additional rubber gaskets as well which I thought was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend this sprayer and say that I got a good product at a good price!
