This is a well made, high quality water nozzle. It is made of metal with no plastic parts. It’s easily adjustable for the water stream that you need, from a light spray to high pressure. The handle is contoured to fit a hand well and there is a metal latch to hold the handle in so your hand does not get tired. If you scan the QR code that comes with the nozzle, you can extend the warranty from one to five years. I expect this nozzle to last a long time unlike the plastic nozzles I’ve had in the past. It’s well worth the price.

I’ve used these kinds of spray nozzles in the past and there was always a problem with a lack of fine control over the spray pattern you could get because the spray tip lacked enough tension.That’s where this one has a big advantage – because it’s all metal, you get so much more fine control over how much you can rotate the spray tip and consequently, the range of spray pattern. And the opening is the right size to create a strong jet stream which is perfect for cleaning.As this is an all metal, one thing I appreciate about this water nozzle is the rubber grip. Not only does it provide a good grip and feel in the hand, but it helps to keep the nozzle from getting too cold from the water.Added bonus – registering this product upgrades your warranty from a one-year warranty to five years.

I ordered this because my previous garden hose nozzle had worn out after a few years of dedicated use in the summer, and while this replacement isn't especially fancy with its functionality, I've been impressed by its overall build quality. The attachment has some mass to it and feels well-engineered. It's easy to squeeze the trigger smoothly, with no squeaking or noticeable resistance, and while I'll have to wait for a warmer month to get some serious use out of it, I have tested it out by cleaning out my glass grinder on a fairly regular basis.I initially had a slight drip from a leak around the gasket that presses against the hose, but that was solved with a little more tightening. The spray pattern is fairly straightforward, allowing you to transition between a large cone or a precise stream of water. It's not fancy or special, but it does what it sets out to do.Overall, I think it's a great nozzle attachment, and if you aren't looking for a bunch of different spray settings I think it's good for just about anybody!

There is absolutely nothing negative about Rainpoint’s Garden Hose nozzle. It’s about time someone built a garden hose that eliminates all the negatives about nozzles built since they were invented by Jan Van Hayden in 1672. Thank you Rainpoint for taking a place in the history of garden hose nozzles. You really outdid yourself by developing a well constructed nozzles, one that fits in your hand perfectly, easy and smooth spray adjustments, and a spray that shoots out like a cannon (I can actually water my neighbors lawn from across the street). I plan on buying 2 nozzles for a Xmas 2025 gift for my son-in-laws.

Feels heavy duty with a solid body. Has some weight to it which is nice.The only thing is that is seems to lack some pressure/flow compared other nozzles on the same hose. Still works great though and haven't had any issues with it.

I recently purchased the RainPoint Hose Nozzle. I was first impressed opening the box. First, I noticed the RainPoint has a one year warranty but if you activate the QR code and register, RainPoint will provide 5 years of warranty. This is exceptional! I've had so many plastic nozzles and even some metal nozzles and within a short period of time, were not worth the money I spent. The RainPoint with 100% heavy-duty metal feels durable and believe it will last for many years. The design makes it feel comfortable to hold and use and it has a powerful stream with several adjustments. I have several RainPoint products and all of them have lasted many years and I am completely satisfied.

I’m really impressed with this new garden hose nozzle! The material feels strong and durable, and it looks like it’s built to last. There are two features that I especially love.First, the non-slip rubber grip is a game-changer. It’s not only easy to hold, but it’s also designed to reduce heat from the sun in the summer, making it more comfortable to use in hot weather. I’ve had no issues with it slipping from my hand, even when wet.Second, the labor-saving lock is fantastic! The range on the spray of this nozzle is great! The stream has lots of pressure and goes a long way. It is great for cleaning out my bird bath, cleaning off screens and so much more!. The adjustable nozzle gives a variety of mid-width sprays that also have great range. This makes it great for watering the garden when I don't want to get off the grass and into the soft dirt of newly tilled ground. This way I can water the tomatoes in the back row easily! (yes, I have a large veggie garden!). We have Rainpoint watering timer systems which are awesome so we were tickled to buy this new hose and run it through its paces. It will be very handy all year 'round!

This Rainpoint garden hose nozzle has the feel of good quality heavy duty construction. The nozzle adjusts very easily and smoothly. The spray goes from a fine wide mist to a strong jet. The handle is comfortable.Highly recommended.

This is the RainPoint heavy duty hose nozzle, Model No. MZ255-2.This is a really nice garden hose spray nozzle. It has weight to it unlike the many cheap plastic component ones on the market now. It comes with a pre-installed washer as well as a spare washer. There is a one position buckle on the spray nozzle for continuous flow at one setting, freeing you from holding the handle.The adjustable spray modes are fine mist, jet mode and shower mode. Register it via the provided QR code and you will extend the warranty on it from one year to five years with a claim of "100% replacement". It has a zinc alloy body, a brass nozzle and a thermoplastic rubber handle for comfort.You may be paying a little bit extra but this trigger nozzle appears to be built to last so if you are looking for durability, this would be an excellent selection.

✅ Instantly the first impressive was the feel of a robust metallic implementation and a clean finish. The primary spray nozzle was made of brass and had very smooth turn action. The spray pattern from stream to fan was predictable.✅ No water leaks were experienced.✅ Overall the nozzle should endure a few drops on hard surfaces without shattering or going wonky.✅ The trigger mechanism appears to be a protected plunger that has very smooth action. Time and use will tell if any corrosion will deteriorate the mechanism causing stiction. However for now, it is very predictable. It looks like the plunger might be serviceable by removing a brass "thumb" screw. Maybe something of a bonus, but did not confirm in this review.✅ The hose connector was made of [white] metal and appears quite durable. I would still avoid dropping it on a hard surface.✅ A handle clip was built into the handle to easily lock the trigger lever in the on position.✅ The handle is an insulating rubber compound and was patterned for enhanced grip. It provided insulation from very cold water. It felt dense and hopefully it is resistant to material breakdown from long exposure to the sun (fingers crossed).✅ An extra and really decent quality washer was included in the product packaging.✅ Incredibly, the product packaging included a user manual which covered contact information and hours of operation. It appears product support is in the U.S.✅ The included one year warranty can be extended to five years when a QR code is scanned from the user manual.✅ Compared to many other garden nozzles available at big box stores, $22.99 Cdn at the time of this review provides very good value.❌ Maybe not a major con, but beware to protect the squeeze trigger. It looks/feels like it could be made of white metal and could be brittle and fracture if smashed against the hard ground. The result could cut the trigger fingers.SUMMARY:There is a lot of goodness with the MZ255-2 garden hose nozzle. Your usage mileage may vary depending how hard (mineralization) your water is. Treat it [nicely] like you would with a lesser product and it should provide many years of reliable service.
