I needed to clean out the accumulated material in between the expansion cuts in my driveway. I regular sprayer will work ok but it is difficult to get a strong narrow stream of water that stays "tight" over a 5-6 foot distance. In fact, this will stay tight much further if you have a need for that. I have to say that it worked excellent. Better than I had ever expected. Of course, you could use a power sprayer but this was easy and convenient.

The nozzle works well, but the valve is hard to turn. The handle on the valve is not shaped for the human finger or thumb.

Was hoping to use this as a cheap alternative to a pressure washer. It likely won't strip paint, but did a great job cleaning out the cracks in our concrete patio. Would have to be careful watering plants but at least you could do it from a distance.

Good heavy quality definitely makes a nice high pressure stream great for cleaning only down side is the petcock valve is a bit stiff.

Appears to be made well. The spray is strong and works well for stone and siding, or high spots like two story eaves. You can control the power of the water spray by moving the lever on the side on or off. As others have mentioned, the lever is stiff to operate however after moving it back and forth it is loosing some. For the money I recommend it, I cannot speak to how long it will last as I've only used it a couple times. Its easier to use than my pressure washer for a quick wash. I do have good water pressure at my home so that helps.

***upon arrival, if it's too hard to turn the lever, take a screwdriver and loosen the screw holding the on/off lever. They are installed too tightly, it fixes it easily, just a little turn of the screwdriver, not too much!I almost didn't order these based on a bad video review, but decided to go ahead and try them.Wow, I was shocked and surprised at the power and distance when I turned on the hose! It has great pressure and can be used as a pressure washer.I accidentally hit my toes with the strong stream of water and it stung, but thankfully didn't cause me injury like an actual pressure washer.The distance is about 20 extra feet than with my normal hose head.I read the reviews that it's hard to turn the shut off on it, so I left my cheap shut off on the hose and placed this on it. Now I use the cheap shut off to turn it on and off.I think the bad reviews didn't attach both attachments to it, because we have low pressure and this worked amazingly!The only bad thing is there is no handle to hold, I have to hold the hose at the end to hold it. It's still 5 stars because it does what it's intended to do. Now I can pressure wash my house and sidewalks.I highly recommend!

It is made very durable. We have another one at our summer home that has lasted 30 years. We wanted one for our home and have been looking a long time for the same type of brass nozzle. Love that it has a shut off valve, our 30 yr old original does not have that. It arrived on time. It was stiff to turn the first time but after that turns off and on just fine! No leaks and I am sure will last for many many years. Love that the shut off also attaches so if that ever went bad or leaked can just use the nozzle top separately. Was decently price considering it is a high quality product not plastic. Can easily spout across the driveway, used it to spray upstairs window on second floor thanks to the pigeons, cleaned the window fine, while down below in the grass. There is not much that this cannot clean. I even use for replanting plants or digging holes. It has very good spray range. Up close the spray is super strong. Use it to clean up what ever the leaf blower cannot clean. Would make a great gift.

This is a solid and sturdy bit of brass with an easy-action lever. It comes with a gasket inside it but that leaked with my hose so I replaced it with a better gasket and - voila - no leaks. On a 25 foot hose this thing has enough pressure to wash the face off of anyone you spray it at - SO DO NOT SPRAY ANY LIVING CREATURE WITH THIS, IT WILL CAUSE INJURY! Be careful if you spray fences or other coated surfaces because it will wash off the paint. There is no adjustment to this item, it is on or off and on is a full-blast of high pressure water. Buy this for a specific application like removing oil stains from a driveway or washing a concrete surface of dust and debris, but do not use this tool to wash windows, a car, a pet, or a person as it will cause damage due to its high pressure.
