Shifting pressure from spine to knees

How to use this adjustable chair with correct posture?

When you first start using this kneeling chair, you might feel some discomfort in your calves and knees. This happens because the chair shifts pressure from your back to your knees and lower legs. If you notice your calves feeling sore, it’s a sign to take a break—stand up, stretch, and give yourself a moment to rest before using the chair again. While you may not see immediate results, over time, this chair will help you develop better posture and gradually improve your lower back pain.

This chair is not as comfortable as I had hoped it would be. The cushion is lacking so it is a hard surface that you're always putting your weight on. The backrest is also too far back for me to sit upright. If I were a much larger person, then this would not be a problem. It's an expensive chair for what you get. The height is decent though and you can work on a desk just fine, so it is still a functional but weird looking chair. It's pretty sturdy but it's not as straight forward to assemble. I would add more padding.

Needs a lot more cushion!Add a 2 inches of dense foam on the bottom for the butt and shin pads! You’re practically sitting on hard board.Back rest needs to be closer, I mounted mine on the inside.Adjustability is nice and the amount of rocking is perfect.

My daughter has one of these in her aviation class and talked me into trying it out. I will say that at 6', it's surprisingly comfortable. Even for long periods of time. You can sit with your knees or feet on the bottom pad. The rocker is fantastic and really makes it a joy to chill in. It's also the perfect height for desk work. The rocker is stable enough to hold an upright position to do just about any kind of work. Plus, you can spin it around and lean on the back Fonzie style. The knee pad and butt pad are both adjustable. My only complaint is that the back isn't adjustable. There's not a lot of padding so it would be nice to have some height options. There is also a foot on the back of the rocker to keep it from going over backwards. Perfect for kids who like to play on chairs. Took my 12-year-old daughter and I about 30 min to assemble. Highly Recommended!

The chair feels solid and sturdy, but was needlessly difficult to assemble. The instruction booklet has crude illustrations of what each part looks like and what its part number is, but the actual parts do not have sticker labels on them. It's difficult to tell which part is which because several of them look very similar. This made putting the chair together exasperating, and took about an hour and a half for two people to put together. It could've gone much faster if the parts had been labeled and the illustrations more detailed. Anyone who is unfamiliar with how to use screws with cross dial connecting nuts may be at a loss as to how to assemble this chair, as the instructions are inexplicit about how these two parts go together, and the chair won't hold together without them.Aside from the initial frustration of putting it together, I'm happy with the chair. I got this rocking chair so I could keep my body moving while I'm working at my desk so I don't get too stiff and sore. Your core will get a workout as you rock on this, and thankfully, there's a stabilizing bar on the back to keep you from backflipping out of the chair. Yes, you're going to feel some pressure on your shins from this, but that's fine for me because I shouldn't be sitting for too long, anyway. I got an adjustable electric standing desk as well, so when my shins have had enough of the chair, that'll be my signal that it's time for me to stand up and work for while. This chair works for my needs and is less than half the price of the better-known name-brand competition, but it was a pain to build, so I'm withholding one star.Note to the seller: please put number/letter sticker labels on each of the parts so customers will be able to assemble the chair without having to guess which pieces go together.

Cute and initially nice, if a little awkward, but the laminate hidden in the cushions was pretty poor quality. Since every other part of the chair was better when it broke at that weak point it was irreparable. Got the refund window plus maybe three weeks out of it.
