Lightweight and effective. Haven’t had exceptionally heavy snow this year but for the medium stuff it does great.

After three bad winter storms in Kansas quality is still great! Works wonderful for snow removal.

It is lightweight very easy to use, but the blade is thin. I keep waiting for a crack to come in it after use so it is warranted for six years, but Amazon is not good with their warranties. They will not back their warranties. Had issues with them before with a coffee mug.

Great snow shovel. This is exactly what I (female age 70) was looking for since I didn't want a shovel that was too big, heavy, or had a metal strip on the edge. The price was great and received it the next day in time for the snows arrival. Although light weight it was sturdy and well made in the USA. Came fully assembled and was even shipping in a very large box, keeping it from damage.

I don't know how this shovel can be sold for $10 including shipping. The exact same one is at Home Depot for $23. It's a decent, light duty shovel, very sturdy with great balance. BUY IT!!!!

Mostly, I like that it is a really good snow shovel and an incredibly low price. When i ordered it, I thought, this can't possibly be a good snow shovel, but it arrived and is a good snow shovel, so I am happy. I actually like shoveling snow, for neighbors and for widows that need help. In fact, for them I do it for free.

This works very well in the snow, with the icy patches and bigger chunks. It's easy to clean up the sidewalk with this lightweight shovel. So good I bought a second one!

The Emsco Group 1199 Bigfoot Poly Snow Shovel is not a great quality shovel but it meet a need I had for a plastic shovel without a metal edge. Thankfully, the price on Amazon ($10) was 1/2 the price of a local store. Personally, I don't think the quality is worth more than the $10 I paid.I used one of these last winter at my mother's home while visiting her. My brother had purchased it and I was the first to use it. Within about 10 minutes, I noticed the hollow, plastic covered metal-tube shaft start to bend; within 20 minutes of shoveling wet snow, the shaft bent and folded in half. I replaced the shaft with a wooden one. The blade itself is ok, not super strong but reasonable.I would not recommend this shovel for anything other than light snow. I purchased it to help clear snow off local pickleball courts near where I live in Colorado. Because we generally get powder here - as opposed to the wet, heavy snow where my mother lives- I expect the shovel should at least survive the season.
