They work well. You get a nice variety of clock hands and stem lengths and all the hardware you need at a really good price.

The clock mechanism works as it should. The hands aren't really what I need, the designs aren't something I would use. It would be nice to be able to just buy the main part without the hands.

I bought a wall clock at a thrift store for $20 - but it was broken. Because so many measurements are needed in clock repair, I wanted to ensure I got the right size. I was able to fix it in 10 minutes with a clock Mechanism from this kit. Even though I didn't need all the kit's hands, a clock that works was worth the expense.
