This item is a you get what you pay for. It is a low quality piece of junk. Hurts your ears while using it and sound quality is bad. Blood pressure isn't great either. Can't return it once opened when you find out how bad it is. Bad return policy! I don't recommend.

This is a good starter set. I’m a CNA student and this is the same quality(basically same... other then name) as the basic set i purchased at my local nurses boutique required for my class.. no problems using BP cuff and was able to take blood pressure with no problems with stethoscope. If you don’t index the bell to the correct side(open it) you will not hear correctly out of the stethoscope. It requires you to just turn the bell(chest piece).
