I have a 10 year old Omron blood pressure monitor that was giving me air leaking or clothing interfering errors. I replaced the old cuff with this one and it works fine now. Also, this kind of cuff with the metal hoop is a lot easier to put on your arm than the simple wrap-around design.

The cuff works well on a large arm, however the smallest adapter does not fit as expected. Despite the name, this product is not manufactured by Omron Healthcare Co. Ltd.The Omron BP788CANN came with the medium cuff HEM-FL31, which has a hose adapter which fits securely into the machine. The cuff I received has 4 interchangeable adapters which connect the hose to the machine. The smallest adapter does not fit into the machine as securely as the one on the original cuff. It works but the user must be careful that the adapter is securely inserted during use.
