Package came opened, but appeared unused. Wouldn’t hold pressure so unusable. Perhaps I got someone else’s return? Sent back for refund.

This is the second one of these I ordered, the first never even opened before returning because of a hair trapped inside the scotch tape used to close the box, beneath the untouched shrink wrap. Too thick for a human hair.The second was packed better, but the unit is very cheaply made. The cuff is incredibly thin, and the hose just has a plastic snap on to the cuff. The other end of the hose has a thin plastic adapter that pushes in to the bulb and has a slight twist to hold it in place. The unit is also not designed to take your own blood pressure, as the wrap on the cuff is nearly impossible to tighten up and yet keep aligned over the artery. Finally, pumping the bulb while holding the stethoscope in place and also looking at the gauge is a challenge. I returned this and will look for better alternatives.

Lightweight but excellent quality. I needed a 2nd one for convenience in my 2nd exam room. The 1st one is about 10 years old and going strong. I did need to replace the cuffs but only because they were looking ragged, but still were working well. Very easy to change cuff sizes

I initially opened the packed when I was sleep deprived and a bit out of it. Based off of the other reviews, I was nervous about it not having a cuff or cord with it. Of course, when I opened it and saw the hand bulb, but nothing else, I was concerned. I took out that extra piece of styrofoam cut out that you can see if the first picture and couldn’t there was nothing there. I even removed the entirety of the styrofoam to see if anything was below it. My sleep deprivation got the best of me and I left feedback for the seller about how disappointing this was, considering the description states the cuff is included. The next morning, I opened it up again and noticed a pocket in the top of the case. I reached in and pulled out the “missing” cord and bp cuff! Everything was folded so nicely in the pocket, that it was easy to miss it.I put everything together and it functions great! At attached my infant and child cuffs to it and the connection is seamless. I can’t speak to the longevity of the product, but at this point it’s 5/5 stars.To the seller - sorry for the negative feedback! If I could change it, I would.
