Works well for emf and easy to use, seems to be actually pretty accurate, and design is easy to work. Functions as it says, at first I grabbed it as a joke but it actually provides the accuracy that I was looking for.

Mostly got this as a novelty for my partner, who things ghost hunting shows are cute and likes playing games like Phasmophobia. Neither of us really believes in ghosts, but I work with telecom and wireless networking professionally, and it really does pick up some known EMF noise sources in our home, ones that I can verify with an inductive toner or spectrum analyzer.Is it useful for anything practical? Not really. But at least it's not a total scam product flashing random lights. You could get better results with many other tools, and they wouldn't look or feel this cheap, but if you just want to play around with kids or friends and do some ghost hunting, it's nice for a cheap, entry-level toy.

I got this EMF meter kit marketed for ghost hunting, but I was more interested in it for general EMF detection around my house. It came with the basic EMF meter and the LCD screen is a decent size and the numbers are easy to read. It has a few LED lights that light up alongside the digital readout, which is helpful for quick visual checks.I started by testing it around my electronics. It definitely picked up EMF fields around my microwave (especially when it was running), my laptop, and my phone. It also registered higher readings near power outlets and wiring in the walls. This confirmed it was working as expected. I compared the readings with an EMF meter app on my phone, which I know is not as accurate and while the numbers were not identical, they showed similar trends in EMF strength.The instructions that came with it were pretty basic. It explains how to turn it on and read the display, but it does not go into much detail about what the different EMF levels actually mean in terms of potential health effects or what to look for in a haunting scenario. I had to do some extra research online to understand the readings better.As for the ghost hunting aspect, honestly, I can not speak to that. I diid not encounter any paranormal activity. I did try using it in a few older buildings, and it did register slightly higher EMF readings in some areas, but that could easily be due to old wiring or other factors.
