  • Inaccurate measurements can result from magnetic interference, poor calibration, low battery, or improper operation. Ensure proper calibration, avoid strong magnetic fields, and maintain stable power sources to improve accuracy.

  • To minimize interference, conduct measurements in shielded environments, away from power lines or electronic devices. Using magnetic shielding materials and maintaining consistent probe positioning can also help.

  • Gaussmeters should be calibrated annually or after extensive use to maintain accuracy. Calibration frequency may increase in high-precision environments or if the device experiences performance inconsistencies.
