Indispensable for zone control. It cost me $300.00 to have one replaced about a year ago. The part is just over a hundred dollars. That is a bargain.

We've been running this model zone valve since 1976. They do ultimately wear out, but replacement cost is worth the dependability. We also have other brands of zone valves in systems on the properties, but none as long lived or well engineered/manufactured as the White - Rodgers/Dayton design. Average life of this model for us is 10 years.Update: 18 Nov 2022: Purchased another to keep as a spare. Had one fail after 15 years service. New unit says made in Mexico and seems identical to the others. Quick delivery and small price increase.

The Emerson 1311-102 was the exact replacement for my failed zone valve. It functioned exactly as expected and offered a considerable savings on the cost compared to my service provider. I will definitely purchase from this seller again while this particular product is offered.I just purchased my 2ndd Zone Control valve - there was 1 remaining in stock. Feeling blessed today.
