Pros-if you do a comparison, both the 700B sizes 1" and ¾” have the lowest friction loss. Obviously more important in a low PSI scenario, where you'd need all the PSI you can get.Cons (universal)-electric valves can last for years without service. Probably like most others, the repair kit costs almost as much as a new valve. Sometimes the whole valve may fail and the repair kit turns into replacing the entire valve. Always install with 2 unions.

3/4" NON adjustable 24volt solenoid valve. Not as much hammer as most irrigation valves. Do not over tighten. In the past have held up well over time.

Fixed water hammer issue I had. Cheaper alternative to rainbird's PGA sprinklers.
