They were slow but did address me on error messages. Their documentation should address error messages. Went to web page of software for the embroidery machine to get printed error messages. The machine works well, had to replace a needle the first thing. That needle kept breaking thread. Machine is quieter than I expected. Run it at slowest speed allowed, 450 spm. Largest hoop will not fit in software. 450 against 400 in software. Otherwise OK on other hoops.Had a long correspondence with them today on Facebook. I was really impressed with them they explained the hoop size difference was restrictions the software vendors imposed. They also answered a lot of questions I had. I feel a lot better about these people and I am impressed more about the machine now that I have had a couple days to use it. They seem really to want to help.

Machine arrived quickly and safely! So far I love this machine.The stitch outs for me have been flawless.it can embroidery complex and intricate patterns.I've complete several projects and during this progress have had zero thread breaks.If you are looking to buy a multiple needle embroidery machine I would highly recommend this one!
