besides a wine bottle opener it comes with 2 bottle seals that lets you vacuum out the air so the wine lasts longer.

I would give it 10 stars if I could! I broke my wrist a couple years ago so does hard for me to use a regular manual wine opener and on top of that mine just fell apart the other day so I bought this. I give it 10 out of 10. It was so easy to use in the cork came right out. Also the cutter to take the foil off was amazingly easy to use. Another thing I used to fight with before I purchase this opener. Love it would definitely recommend it!
