Initially loved the product. Well made and just perfect for us BUT . . .when the charge ran out, it doesn't charge itself, even after 24 and 48 hour charge. I've written the company a few times with no response, The wine opener is a complete sealed unit, giving no help to see what could be the problem. I've tried numerous USB cables with no solution. The red pilot light comes on but nothing else. Any ideas of a solution ? Thanks !

This little corkscrew is delightful. It charges quickly, removes cork quickly, doesn't take up a lot of space...and the price is quite reasonable. (Foil cutter, bottle seal, and pour spout are nice bonuses.) Although I don't know how long it will hold up under my frequent use (years, I'm hoping) it is already better than my rabbits, bartender's corkscrews, wing contraptions, and battery-powered corkscrews. I've used them all. This is the one I strongly recommend.

My old one was on a rechargeable stand that had to be plugged in all the time. I love that this one can be stored in a drawer and charged when needed.

I love using this when opening wine bottles. It works great, it's small and stylish and makes opening a bottle so easy. The opener includes cool accessories and is very easy to use. Overall love my bottle opener!
