The oven takes 14 minutes to preheat 640 degrees but then it only takes 6 minutes to cook a delicious fresh pizza. The higher heat makes the crust perfect. It was a splurge- but worth the space it takes on my counter.

So far we like it. I wish it had handles on both sides to pull down to open the door. Instructions manual is useless but it’s easy to figure out.It’s good looking and I purchased some fabric to make a cover for it. I’ve been interested in a pizza oven for a long time but they’re expensive and have one use. This oven has many uses and I love that the temperature goes up to 800 degrees F and that it’s made to be used indoors.

As you can see this fits lodge 10" cast iron with high sided to not make a mess unable to clean inside oven. I measured with my non contact temperature laser during burn in at ~730ish. Very hot but not quite 800f. Now just need 10" stone.
