I don’t quite understand the temperature dial lol! But not an issue, I just did a couple of tries and it makes the crispiest crust! I use it for many other recipes other than pizza!

This pizza oven is awesome. We live in a very cold state and have the pizza oven in our garage so with the extreme cold it still cooks perfectly. Highly recommend

We used a wood burning pizza oven for two years outdoors before purchasing this and we LOVE it! Great tasting pizza, safe for indoors, quick and easy, way less messy, and cooks more than just pizza! We use this as the convenient countertop oven it is. It makes pizza, chicken strips, garlic toast… etc. We are very happy with this pizza oven!

For the price this is good. Definitely cooks unevenly but it's simple and gets the job done. I just hope it lasts a long time. Pizza comes out quick and great! This is not good for cinnamon rolls or tall items. I just wanted it for pizza so it's perfectly fine for me.

Addendum: Re-Review-Upon reading my original review, representatives of the company, reached out to me, to see if there was anything that they could do to compensate me for all of the challenges with this product. In the end, they refunded me the entire amount of the purchase, and promised to look into redesign to make the removal of the liner a more clear cut process, as well as making installation of parts a more streamlined process. For that reason I'm changing the review to a five-star review. I have actually used the oven, and it works quite well. The challenges at the beginning were the reason that the original review was so low. I do recommend that you develop a regular schedule of cleaning, and wiping down all of the flat surfaces within the oven.I was really excited to receive this product. The way it is packaged is phenomenal. There is little to no way it can be damaged in shipping.Unfortunately, I immediately was disappointed upon first viewing. The crumb tray has a sticker on it, which the sticker itself says to remove all and plastic liner. But, when you look at it, it looks like the crumb tray is covered in silicon. The liner itself is a pain to remove, I had to resort to using a razor blade along the thin right and left edges; just to be able to get it all out of the small channel. The handle also is an interesting proposition, in terms of its installation. You almost need two people to do it easily. I say this because you first have to remove the screw holding the face plate on, then thread it through the handle, back through the face plate, and into the horseshoe shaped structure on the back plate, install a washer, and then make sure that the screw does not move forward or pop out, while you put the thumb nut on to secure the handle and the two section of the front and rear plate together.I will update this review in terms of performance, but I am currently "pre-heating the oven on first use, at the highest temperature." I am guessing this is to burn off any chemical coating on the interior of the unit. I say that only because the manual instructs you to release any 'smoke' that might be produced by this process. Here we go into the adventures in using a pizza oven.Addendum: I am not sure which version of my review is going to make it to the Amazon page. But, I previously stated that the most interesting thing about this machine is that the temperature gauge is segmented into 18 degree intervals. So, if you want to cook a pizza at 425 degrees Fahrenheit, you go from 392 degrees ( which is designated on the dial) to 410, and then the next interval falls at 428 degrees. So, you kind of have to guess where 3 degrees less than that would be.This unit is made in China, so you kind of expect some quirkiness. But, this is a little over the top.

So I ordered this one as it was the close to the one we had before. There was an issue as putting the handle on as it did not contain a washer. The wing nut can catch the loop on the wire rack, it did not look too sturdy. I did put a washer on the nut side to be sure the handle is secure. One glaring thing is the Temperature Gage is not listed as to what temp I can use. I had to guess what 400 was! Otherwise this arrived in good time and order. It did heat quickly and cooked it just fine. I calculated that between 392 and 482 is 90 degrees and each tick should be 22.9 degree.

I’ve had several frozen pizza ovens and they all failed for one reason or another, usually uneven cooking. This one is pretty good and gets nice and hot. I do not like that the oven does NOT shut off when timer dings. I also do not like that orange light on the on/off button does not light when heating and go out when at temperature. I believe they advertise that it does. Not the case, it’s either on or off via the on/off switch. Not a deal breaker for me, cooks very well and inexpensive so not surprised.

When I got back from Italy I started making my own pizza. I use a microwave/convection oven for convenience, but it only goes up to 450. This one goes up to 572. Nice and hot and the pizza cooks in 6 minutes! My big oven is mostly for storing pots and pans, so this tabletop model is the perfect solution. Easy to move around, and the perfect size for a 10” pizza stone. The clunkiness has to do with the fact that the rack is connected to the door/handle, so you have to pull the rack out almost all the way to slide the pizza onto the stone from the side. Would be better if the door/handle flipped down and the rack stayed in the oven so you could slide the pizza in from the front. The other thing is that it indicated it could fit a 12” pizza stone, but it really can’t since the rack slide holders stick just a wee bit too far in. Finally, the temperature dial isn’t very exact, but that doesn’t seem to be a problem. This oven was affordable, so, balancing the few faults against the benefits, it works fine for me.
