Great customer service.Used it about 4 time now over a two month, and it works great. Good to have a temperature gun to check temp before placing pizza, but over seems to be of good quality.

If you burn a pizza it's very difficult to try to clean the pizza stone. I've tried cleaning it and it's just very hard to clean then trying to cook on afterwards is difficult to get a good pizza afterwards.
