Works perfect for the small jobs I run into. The batteries seem to hold a charge well. So far the ratchet works great and has never slipped a gear. The variable speed trigger paddle works great. It came with a pretty decent case also. Very satisfied for the price.

this is a great affordable option for an electric ratchet. two batteries that were more than I needed for light car repairs in the garage, makes taking off bolts so much quicker. the item is extremely easy to use, self-explanatory, as you'd imagine. I accidentally made the mistake of trying to break a bolt loose (pretty high torque) with this (which is something these ratchets are not designed to do) and the ratcheting mechanism broke - I decided to contact the seller to see if they could assist, and they sent me an entirely new unit. Couldn't be more thankful for the quick communication and customer service. thanks again!

So used it quite a bit the last week and will probably do a review on my YouTube channel because for the price this works great. Comes in a handy case (I used it on day one). I ordered it because we had to go get parts off a vehicle and my old one broke. It was scheduled for delivery in two days but showed up the next morning! Nice heavy feel, long neck, and feels very sturdy. I like to power control because you can vary the speed with the handle. My old one was a simple button that was on and off. Defiantly so far a great replacement.

I specifically/carefully picked this item from the many available here, because it came with a carrying case. The "case" is NOT the case for this tool, nor its accessories. It's just a generic plastic case where nothing correctly fits in its designated slots. All the tools just rattle around as you carry it. The charger/power-brick is super lightweight. Feels like it's just an empty/fake charger that they forgot to put anything inside, but apparently WILL charge the batteries. (If you've ever heard that "a heavier power-supply means higher quality" this definitely is NOT one of those.) The variable-speed switch truly is variable-speed. Very low priced at $40. Quiet operation. Made in China.

This ratchet has a real good feel to it just the right size ,the problem is the battery charger is really cheaply made the wire to plug in the battery was cut in two in the case and if you could contact the company I would have requested another charger and tried it out but there was no way to do that so I returned it and bought another brand

After watching video of this, I purchased and very happy with this power tool. As in the video, I too cut off the nylon strap. I also will put crazy glue on the switch lock, leaving it on run position. It has some weight but that’s probably due to strong metal gears and parts inside. The speed control works very well. Can go from a crawl to very fast. Comes with 2 batteries so there is no need to worry about usage. I wish it came with a metal bracket that would hold it on a wall surface. But that will be a future project for me.The case is well made and comes with cheap metric sockets so I will probably toss them out. All in all I think this is a strong long lasting tool that will be respected for its use.
