So we were excited to use this after being a Christmas present. We used it 2 times and it worked well. When we recently went to use the display did not turn on and we could not fix with any help from the virtual assist. There is no way to return or ask for assistance. We ended up throwing it away after using it twice.

This cooker boils eggs much quicker than the stovetop method and I don't have to worry about watching the pot. I highly recommend this egg cooker to anyone who loves eggs but hates the hassle of cooking them manually.

The product came without an omlette tray, only a poaching tray. The picture does show them making an omlette but its on the steaming pan which is obviously not practical. You can however use the poaching tray to make an omlette.

Great little egg cooker for a busy morning. Big plus is how little water you use compared to regular boiling. Only complaint is the front buttons are tough and you have to really press sometimes to get the cooker on
