This pizza oven exceeded my expectations, for the price. The pizza door is a little quirky and the dials are manual, but for the price point, you can't expect much more. It heats quickly and cooks the pizza fast with the good quality, included pizza stone.. The slogan on the top is a bit strange and I imagine that is an English translation issue..

You do need to heat the oven up for at least one cycle (about fifteen mins) when you first get it to get rid of the packaging smell, as it states in the booklet. It was bad enough the first time that I was afraid there might be an electrical issue with it, but it went away quickly after first use, for me. This is very cramped inside, which limits the size of the pizzas you can use it for but also the thickness and toppings a bit. I also get why the removable door is there, but it can be kind of a pain to take off during use. If it's on tight, swing it upward first, then you should be able to remove it. Sometimes, it does take a bit, which can be frustrating when you're trying to check on your pizza or get it out quickly. It is also great that so many things are included, like two different racks, the bottom tray that can also be used to cook, and the pizza stone most of all. What isn't great is that there really aren't proper instructions or tips in the booklet, at all. The best usage and positioning of the racks and pizza stone took a little trial-and-error. All that said, this is still a great appliance that I'm very happy to have.The reason is that it does work great, especially in conjunction with the included pizza stone, to get nice crisp crusts and quickly cooked pizza with excellent browning on top as well. Also, the pizza stone is EXCELLENT! Very thick and solid, quality stone. It does great in cooking the pizza evenly from the bottom and getting a terrific crust. Now I know I'll want a larger pizza stone and oven in the future, and I wouldn't have known how much this improves making pizza if it wasn't for this oven. In the meantime, I'm going to be cooking fantastic small pizzas in this one.

I have really tried to find a good use for this oven. I tried thin crust and thick crust pizzas, with and without the included stone. Every time, something comes out wrong.Gooey crust or burnt crust. The heat is not even so the back half is over-done and the front half is not done.Too bad, I really wanted to like this unit.

My kids love the pizza oven and love the fact they can leave the door off. It doesn’t raise, it kind of hangs on the front from the center.

Amazing little oven! It’s very well made, perfect size, heats up evenly, and is easy to use. Also very easy to clean.

Don't waste you money, this does not work. It only cooked the bottom and top but middle was still doughy even after 45 minutes of trying to cook it.
