This is my second product purchase, and I must express my utmost satisfaction. It is an exceptional product that meets my kitchen needs perfectly. The ability to grind all ingredients into a fine powder is truly remarkable. I highly recommend it and would rate it five stars with two thumbs up. I have been using it for over a week now, and it has proven to be invaluable.

I'm new to grain grinding, so I still need to do some baking with the product. I can update after I use this some more.1) It's solid and sturdy. All metal construction with stainless grind bowl. Comes with a wrench and extra blades. Also includes some misc. parts like knobs and what looks like an electrical fuse or component. Also comes with a brush to help clean it. Looks like everything you need except the grain or spices.2) It's fast and very loud. It spins extremely fast and is loud. It sounds like a carpenter's router. That's my only concern, but I can just grind when nobody's on the phone or sleeping. It doesn't take long to grind. It has a built-in timer to help get the consistency you would like. This might be overkill for what I wanted to do, but will definitely be handy to try some wheat grinding and spice grinding.

It has good volume capacity, and opens and closes nicely, also it comes with extra blades and tools, but it is very difficult to disassemble because there is no locking mechanism for the motor.

This product is more of an industrial type of machine rather than personal use in my opinion. It is hard to clean under the blades but you can take them off and that is a hassle. It seems like it is made to grind one item consistently over and over again rather than switch items to grind.Having said that, it is extremely powerful and grinds very fast. I ground a whole 1 LB bag of coffee beans in about 20 seconds while tilting the mach back and forth as recommended in the manual. And it ground it to almost a powder. There is no way to tell other than stopping it and opening it up to see how fine the grind is so that's a bummer. I think I will get used to how many seconds to grind things as I use it more but nothing really distracts me from giving this a 4 star even though it is a bit tough to clean. If you grind the same thing all the time then look at this product. If you want to instantly see how fine your grind is then buy something else.
