Doesn’t work, entire box shorted out first try at using it. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We have used it to electrify a home strung line around our chicken coop. Has kept our dog with strong prey drive away keeping our chickens and the coop that she was slowly chewing through safe.

After Hurricane Helene washed our hotwire away and ruined our power box, we replaced the electic-braid fence for our horses and got this box. It was VERY strong - our dog got zapped and still won't go near the horses. That's good if you need it. Our horses don't need something this strong so we returned and got something half as strong which is doing the trick.

We brought this for our goat pasture, because our other one didn't have enough juice...lol. We'll, this one definitely does! No more horns getting caught in a fence for us!

This doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of the upper end brands, but it will work for smaller fields/gardens. I'm nots sure about waterproofing. It is essentially 2 pieces of plastic, put together.I have plans to try a solar powered version with a battery bank. This unit looks like it would be a good candidate for that as it will run off battery as well as 110v.

This worked perfectly for the electric fencing that we have around our quail aviary. We didn't need anything too crazy but we have a few owls that were getting a little too close for comfort and they were BIG owls. We read that shocking seems to be the most effective way to deal with them, we noticed on our camera they got shocked about 2.5 weeks ago and we haven't seen them back yet. Fingers crossed this keeps them away!
