1/4/25 This review is for Two Sizes Electric Dumpling Maker with Silicone Baking Mat, Dough Cutters, Spoon and Brush. This is something I have to be honest, I saw and bought on a whim. That being said, we have made dumplings, empanadas, and ravioli with this machine. I have a pasta maker, so I make lasagna dough with that and then cut it to size to use with this machine and fill for ravioli or hand make pie dough for empanadas. You can even use store bought wonton skins to make dumplings, but be sure to use an egg wash or water to make sure it seals. It's much easier to deal with than trying to hand crimp or seal everything (and it's kind of fun). I didn't have any issues with anything sticking. The rollers come off and are easy to clean. It comes with a very nice silicone baking/measuring mat, the brushes and the “spoons” that come with it are of limited utility. All around, I'm happy I got it.

doesn’t seal tightly, sometimes, you need to reseal manually once in a while, a bit to get it going rapidly, but OK once you get the hang of it.

I like the accessories that came with (mat, brush, spoon, etc) the set, but this wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Not as much filling can fit as the surface area is smaller that what I wanted. It came with USB cable but not adapter block, so I had to search for one in the house. The product requires just a bit of assembly. You have to insert the pieces into the main controller, which is easy enough to do. Overall, I thought it was just OKAY.

I like to eat Dumplings, but I lack the skill to make them properly and looked nice. Yes, I can still crimp the dumpling skin together but slowly, clumsily and the edges are always uneven. No more, with this dumpling maker, the dumplings are made evenly and quickly. I bought the ready-to-use dumpling wrappers in the markets, chopped up some meat, vegetables and other ingredients (recipes are readily available on the internet) and I would be ready. Put 2 wrappers on both sides of the machine, spoon in the ingredients, brush a little liquid (I use egg whites) along the wrapper borders, then push the button, TWO dumplings are made, evenly wrapped and beautiful. Boil some water, prepare some dumpling sauce (or you can buy some ready made in the markets) and dinner is ready. This machine is easy to put together (just snap the arms together according to the picture) and easy to take apart and clean. I still think under skillful hands the dumplings are made better but for beginners, this machine is great.

Does not turn on. Held button 3 seconds as instructed. Bought 9/3/24 and first time trying it 10/27/24 and power button does not work. Green light says charged. Not happy at all.
