Decided to go with the separate attachments instead of the 3 in one options because I have two kitchen Aid mixers. This way I could flatten out the dough with one machine and then run it through the cutter head on the other machine. I love that they are all heavy duty stainless steel. If you have one Kitchen Aid mixer a 3-in-1 option may be better but these are truly amazing attachments. I was so happy to see how high quality they were not being a Kitchen Aid brand. Would highly recommend. The process of using them was so smooth, nothing got bunched up or stuck in the attachment, they are easy to clean. You can not put them in a dishwasher, but they cleaned up so nice that that didn't matter to me. They look exactly like the photos show, they come in a nice box with separate molded areas for each piece if you want to keep the box for storing them.

I have never made pasta before, but this set made it easy. The roller has 8 thickness settings and is easy to change. The cutter cut clearly (make sure the pasta is floured ) and ran very smoothly through the cutters. I had a problem with the roller and the Customer Service department for this company is fantastic. Fast response to my question, very fast sending a solution to me, and the solution exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about Shirley in Customer Service. I highly recommend this company. It is a good Pasta Maker set. This Pasta Maker is compatible with the Instant Pot Stand Mixer.

Dislike the thickness knob for two reasons. First, it's very difficult to read as the thickness numbers are faint and the same color as the knob. Second, the knob doesn't click surely into a setting; some fiddling is occasionally needed to lock it into a given thickness. When one has several feet of pastry dough being rolled, that fiddling is disruptive.

I gave up trying to make pasta years ago. Bought these to try again with my college age granddaughters. These attachments make great pasta and are fun to use. We make cacao e pepe with the fresh noodles. Wonderful.

I’m having great fun playing with these attachments. There’s a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it it’s great! The attachments are well made & good quality. My only criticism would be it can be hard to see the number on the pasta roller, that controls the thickness of the pasta, but otherwise everything works well & as advertised,
