On the very first use, it started falling apart—small pieces of metal ended up in the dough, and there was a noticeable grinding noise.Additionally, cleaning the product has been almost impossible, and the numbers on the dial are so faded they’re barely readable.

used this kitchen aid attachment to make homemade carbonara and it made making pasta sooo much easier than doing it by hand! it was seamless to thin the dough and then have it cut! so much easier then some of the attachments that only have one use so you have to keep taking it on and off. this is so easy with the 3 options!

I had high hopes for this machine. Very slow and seems to skip or very erratic rolling. Very noisy squeals during operation.

This pasta roller attachment plugs into my stand mixer and allows me to make pasta much easier than hand rolling. it has 3 rollers for different uses. The center rolls the pasta flat and then a wide noodle and a thin noodle to the left and right. It is easy to hook up and operates just like the hand roller does. Its easy to use and a lot of fun.It is a really fun way to cook with your family and make a mess! haha.home made pasta is the best!

This pasta attachment fits my KitchenAid perfectly. It attaches easily and isn't too difficult to clean. There was definitely a learning curve for me, but I had never made pasta before! There's three pasta size options and it's fun to play around with; my kids especially love to help when we use this attachment!

This is a slightly changed design from the one three years ago I bought, originally. It was hard to use and even harder to clean. Not with this one! although you cannot take this completely apart to clean, it is cleaned up using a bottle brush and faucet sprayer. It dries quickly so you can put it away the same day. The pasta press makes the Perfect moisture in the dough. Play around with this on one of the slots you don’t plan to use. Then when the consistency is right, change to the press feed for the pasta you want to make. Compared to the original pasta press, this is a breeze to use and makes beautiful pasta every time! Make sure to cook your noodles in a day Or so after making them. Pasta is much harder to keep fresh compared to dry store-bought noodles. The price on this attachment is probably fixed through Kitchen Aid. This is not made by Kitchen Aid, but it works better than my old attachment. Of course, being a knock-off, I was skeptical. This makes lovely spaghetti, fettuccini and a couple of other shapes. I’ve made fettuccini and my family said this lifted pasta to a new height. If this company sells a meat grinder, I’m all over it!
