This thing is so flimsy I cut myself badly when it snapped in half the first use. Don't waste your money!

This nibbler arrived in a case that had parts scattered all over loose inside. Hard to figure out what is supposed to go where, in fact I think the case was designed for a different tool.Putting it together on my drill was ok, but the parts are still loose and not really secure. I tried this first on some plastic roofing sheets and it cut them nicely. I then tried it on some sheet metal and it did ok. It leaves some bends in thinner metal.For the price, it will cut your metal sheets and looks nicer than I can do with snips.

I am impressed at how well this cut thru 22ga. sheet metal it literally zipped thru it like nothing. Now a word of caution it works so well it can and will cut thru leather like a glove finger tip just as quick as the metal (speaking from experience and a glove finger tip missing) I was really kinda skeptical as to whether this would work as advertised or not but it does. Now the biggest negative I have, it moves so quickly thru the metal you have little time to move or maneuver the direction of the cut so if you want to make a straight cut without some type of guide it's almost impossible. I tried this with a impact driver and a drill as well as a hammer drill and the result was the same with all the above once it starts to cut it just cuts if you slow down it simply stops there is no in between like slow or medium speeds only W.F.O. I will state that I do like the speed side of things like cars and motor bikes so forth and so on but, with a cutting devices this thing sort of scares me just a tad. I used it for several cuts not just one or two because I was doing a sheet metal fab. and it worked with a glove trim. Over all my thoughts are this, it does a good guided straight cut real fast but, shapes and so forth I am a sceptic. I will recommend this for purchase but buyer read the reviews first.
