I bought this SIM card for an older phone that was no longer compatible with most 4G carriers. It worked GREAT for a while So I decided to purchase a 1yr plan to save myself about $20 and it worked for about 2 months and then refused to connect. I had a terrible time with support (they are slow to respond and have no idea what they are doing) and they sent me a new card. I even bought a new phone to replace my old one and the new card worked great for a few weeks, and then the SAME thing happened (it would try to send but REFUSED to receive data, no matter what carrier I chose. More stupid chats and emails with support and I finally told them I would just have my bank reverse the charge, since I did NOT get what I paid for. The company offered me a refund and that's what I'm waiting on right now (I do not believe they will refund my money so I'm going to have my bank reverse the charges). What a shame. It AAAAALMOST works but you get what you pay for.

These prepaid cellular data SIMM cards worked fine in my Reolink cameras. Getting it to work in a cellular modem was a challenge. After I got it working the download speed was about 20% of what I could get using my phone as a hotspot. I'd asked if EIOTCLUB could recommend a cellular modem that would accommodate external high gain antennas ( for a remote, rural location.) EIOTCLUB recommended two modems but apparently do not understand the word EXTERNAL as neither option they suggested will accommodate a high gain external antenna. I made the mistake of providing my email and now they are sending me spam. Advertising a vague “discount” but it’s based on a price that is 50% higher than what they charge for a normal reload.The folks at Reolink are going to have to do better or their reputation is going to turn to crap.

In the past I have tried a few different SIM cards to work with my reolink keen ranger trail cam. None of them would work properly and had bad lag. However I decided to try the EIOTCLUB sim and so far it is working great. The pictures and videos are coming through with out a problem, they are clear and no lagging. Also it seems to be doing pretty good on consumption as I had enough gigs to view all month and didn't run out with viewing a few times a day. All in all I would recommend this product if you do have the reolink and are tired of not getting your feed due to poor sim connection and things. This card works great and ended the hassle I was having from the other sims, thanks EIOTCLUB and great work..

This is an excellent and affordable SIM/plan for data-only devices, especially devices that you don't use constantly. I use it in an iPad which only needs service when I'm traveling, so I turn it on when I need it and let it lapse when I don't. I've also used it in a Samsung tablet and a trail camera. Worked flawlessly. In the areas I travel, it roams on T-Mobile and I have good coverage on the 4G LTE network.The recharge Web portal is very simple to use and gives you lots of options (you can select any different plan from a menu of about 11 choices when you recharge it; buy more data, get more discount). After recharge, the SIM is active again within a few seconds. Very seamless experience, completely happy with the product.
