The product itself works well but make sure if you plan on getting a shared data plan because you have multiple cameras that if one of them has a current plan you wait until that plan is about to expire. After all, the company doesn't adjust or prorate the new plan to take this into account. I recently bought a second camera and lost out on half a year of my previous plan and about $70 because of this. Again product works well just be careful when you change plans.

Product worked but I returned the cameras and attempted to cancel the annual service. All i get from the company are emails asking if I've received the refund. Nothing else, no refunds, just lip service. Feels like they are dragging this out. Could be simple, but they do not progress to actually refunding the unused annual fees. Remains open after several months.

I have to admit. Even with the good reviews. I was a little skeptical. However, after attempting to stick to my existing WNP (Vz). I am impressed. Note when I took it to a store and told them that it needed to be a 4G. They simply brought out a tech who had a quick huddle with his co-worker, took my cam to the backroom and came back out and asked me to try it. I just assumed they used a 4G SIM and come to find out they didnt. At first, it worked at the store but after arriving home it stopped working. Its only when I attempted to reinstall the SIM did I find out it was a 5G card. To make a long story short. I returned it back to the store and had them disconnect the service and reverse all charges which they did without hassle. After that I decided to try this SIM out and happy to report. Its GREAT! No activation, intially test of 100mb, and $15 per month for 2GB which is more than I need but its fine. Also I beleive I can go month to month and activate it as needed. As others have stated. It was an easy and pretty straight forward activation and installation. The functionality is night and day compared to config the store attempted to push. Also Vz appears to no longer have 4G SIMs and it would have cost $20 per month for unlimited if you had older plans which would be overkill for this device. All in all, happy and relieved with the purchase.

I originally had our camera on our regular cellular plan paying $40 a month! So happy I found this option. Now we pay less then $140 for the entire year!

Its been a year since We use this sim card to monitor our ranch gate and it works really well, with a Reolink GO PT ultra camera. Customer service was also great for a renewal issue I needed solved.

I purchased this card as a test to run Goggle Maps on my tablet. I did not want service with a carrier who would assign a telephone number only to receive spam calls and texts. Bear in mind that I did NOT overburden the tablet with data burning apps such as Facebook. I was ONLY using Google Maps. I expected and received stellar service around major highways and cities. I also received excellent service in rural areas. My trip went from central NJ to the Midwest as far as rural Iowa and rural Wisconsin. The 3 included carriers seem to be adequate. In the past, sometimes service would drop out in the rural areas despite claims by various carriers that there was coverage. So far, so good. I supposed the ultimate test would be to do a road trip to Alaska. Of course, Canada would then be in the mix, requiring a separate sim card for that part of the journey.
