I have a project that I really needed nibblers for. So, when they finally arrived I was quick to put them to use. Blade broke within 5 minutes and I have to wait almost 2 weeks before the replacement nibbler will arrive. Obviously I need them now, and I don't expect next day. However, 12 days seems a bit much. Also apparently I can't get a replacement blade or backup blade because edma doesn't sell those.

Worn my 30yr old set out, had to sadly retire them and buy new.Great for cutting thin sheet metal, no burrs, no shards, no mess, no noisy power tools. Just add a drop of light oil to blade before use, brilliant 👍

As I was nibbling through a piece of aluminum I broke the blade. I would like to know where I can get replacement blades for this device.

No other hand nibbler like it. I needed this nibbler for how it nibbles. It gives me a continuous, uniform stream of material.

We ordered this tool in the end of January. It finally arrived on April 7th. I tried it on two different types of aluminum, .040" thick and .062" thick, well within the advertised specifications of this tool. The tool cuts a very ragged slot. Advancing the tool more than 3/8" into this soft aluminum becomes very difficult due to the chip this tool creates. It curls up in front of the tool and blocks the advance of the tool. I contacted the manufacturer (Edma) and sent pictures of the tool and cuts. So far, no response from them.Today, 4/14/15 I contacted the distributor, Big Red Toolbox. They got right back to me promising a prompt refund. Nice people. I'd still like to know if I was using the tool wrong, or just got a bad one. If Edma lets me know, I will edit this review.
