Ordered this and didn't use till today when we got wet ice snow 2 in. Very heavy. And after plowed pushed snow end of driveway there was a big pile. I was absolutely amazed just how well this beauty worked. It ate threw that heavy wet snow throwing it very far. Now if I used my snow blower it would go up the shoot and barely spit it out. I felt guilty spending this much not knowing if it worked well and it did not disappoint. I have a 4 car driveway and 24x24 deck and it worked amazingly and it was fast and easy. The battery lasted with battery to spare.I read that some people found it hard to press in small button and hold down handle with gloves. Not true. The small button goes in easiely and holding down the handle part was perfect. My hand did not get fatigued using the handle at all while pressing down button. And I am not young.I have arthritis in hands and fingers and using it for over an hour hand not one little pain in hands. The wheels are there was perfect. Of course with wet ice heavy snow I had to push alittle harder but not much. It chewed up that snow and threw it out fast. Turning was no problem and the handle thst adjusts the direction of snow works fine. I've read it breaks but zi can see if you are hard on it and you don't gave to be it's great. Slow and pull up the knob and gently turn knob. If you yank it and twist it wontvwork and maybe break.pull out and then alittle further and turn to direction you want. That part never clogged. I take this over my snow blower anyday...unless there's more snow lol.Hope I still feel this way after alot of use

Easy to assemble, just had to wait for the snow to fall. It finally snowed and I cleared my driveway without a problem. First swipe down the driveway and i was thrilled how well it worked. This machine threw the wet snow that was under the fluffy snow without a problem. It even chewed away at the large clumps that the plough doing the street left behind. The wheels make all the difference!

Recently bought it and used it on some wet slushy snow. It did a very good job clearing the snow. The machine was very powerful and gets pretty close to the raw driveway. It eliminates the "carrying" of the snow/push of the snow, but you are still using the shovel into the snow and therefore using a lot of the same muscles/effort to engage the snow.I found the handle grip / safety button a real pain. It almost hurt to keep things pressed at times. The other issue I have with it, is the short handle. The handle is too short and the angles meant my back was hurting more than when I actually shovel snow. I was able to accomplish the task with less effort and more quickly but with actually more back pain than not using the tool. The power shovel is heavy, the wheels do work pretty well, but you have to get use to using them. As someone who has shoveled for 30 years, you have to get used to a different set of motions. The deflector sort of works. While you can change the angle to throw the snow the left or right most part of the snowblower has no deflector so you can only redirect about 75% of the snow coming out of it, the remaining 25% always goes straight. This means you have to be more careful about how/where you shovel/previously shoveled as it was easy to cover something already completed.Overall, is was useful and speed up the time it would have taken me this morning to shovel 1.5 inches of slushing/web snow, but if I had to decide on whether to make the purchase again, I would probably decline. It's a useful tool, but less beneficial than I was expecting /hoping for. We will see if my wife likes it as I primarily bought it for her as our snow blower is too big and difficult for her to use and I'm hoping this is much easier. I was hoping to use when there isn't enough snow to justify using the snowblower.

Satisfait de la souffleuse a batterie. La batterie a une bonne capacité. J’ai fait deux grande terrasse et un trottoir et me reste suffisamment de batterie…

I bought this machine so I don't have to shovel or bring out the large snow blower for light snow amounts. The machine cleared the 5 inch depth with reasonable ease. The blower threw the powder about 20 ft. The direction settings leave a little to be desired but overall the unit works as advertised . The only thing I don't like is with the battery mounted in the top of the handle, you can't leave the unit Standing without the handle going down to the ground. Overall it's exactly what I expected.

First the Likes. 1. This thing does a great job of moving snow. Just finished clearing 6 inches of fairly wet snow off a 25x60 driveway and it did a great job. 2. I also had plenty of battery life with one light still shining and no loss of power. 3. I would not buy one of these without the wheels. The ability to push the handle down and raise the unit up over an obstacle, or pull it back without dragging it around is priceless. Much easier then bringing out my gas powered two stage blower that weighs 100 lbs. Now for the negatives. 1. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars. When it arrived one electrical connection was disconnected from the quick coupler where the handle connects to the power head. Not a big deal for a farmer, but might be for someone less handy. Possibly a quality control issue. 2. The unit won't stand up with the battery installed. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. 3. I was covered in snow because the wind was blowing back in my face. Not really a fault of the snow thrower but also something to be aware of. If you could deflect the snow down a little bit so it didn't go flying up in the air so far maybe that would help. Using the deflector to steer the snow off to the side was helpful. 4. And this applies to all brands, I hate the safety lock. To be fair, I hate all safety locks. Trying to make a button lock work while wearing heavy gloves or mittens is a pain. I gurantee I will either dismantel the handle and take it out or make someting that will slip over the handle and press the button in so I don't have to. Overall much easier then shoveling and I think worth the money, depending on how long it lasts of course, but only time will tell. I paid 270.00, I now see it's on sale for 216.00. At that price I would give it 5 stars.

Well, I am starting small with this electric snow shovel. It took me a day or two to get used to it but I really like it now. It throws the snow over the tall snow banks. Why did it take so long for me to get this tool?? It's amazing and helps me a lot. The shovel is a little heavy however but it comes with wheels which makes it easy to move. There are 3 angles to move the snow: 30 degrees to the left, directly in front of you and 30 degrees to the right.

I have a snow thrower of the same brand, Earthwise, which has a snow chute and is very effective for dry snow up to 25 cm depth as tested. For wet snow ( partially melted snow ) the snow thrower becomes very difficult to handle because the wet snow is stuck inside the chute. The Earthwise battery driven snow shovel is of no chute and just like a machine shovel. It exclusively has two wheels to make you easy to maneuver. This one is very good for shovelling wet snow. The battery is originally on the bottom side of snow thrower, the position for snow shovel is on the hand side. When the battery is putting on, the hand side drips down, this is a pity. I think the battery had better to be designed on the bottom side.

the machine will be perfect if the company fix these:- The head blower is leaning too straight up when I push the machine, all the snow flied straight up & back to me instead of blowing forward. The wheels are too high, if I lean it forward, there is no wheels to roll. I have to lift up & lean the machine forward then it blows better. bad designed.- The battery cover can't stay close long because it's magnet. it keeps opening the cover, I have to use a string to tight it up with the handle otherwise the battery will fall out too.
