I have a larger hole for earrings in one ear and it's difficult to keep my earring from slipping down and looking funny. These earring backs hold the earring in place well, which looks much better on the ear.

These made it easier to sleep in my diamond studs, but they are not as tight as I had hoped. I am not sure I will depend on them for staying on.

The back that my earrings can with, not a cheap pair, were lose and I was constantly having to push them on, multiple times a day. These new ones work great! I put them on, super easy, and haven’t had to touch them, They are comfortable and they make my earrings look a little less droopy.
