The holes are too tight so you have to force the earring post through the hole which ends up bending the earring post. Don't recommend these.

Since purchasing these, my earrings have been staying on my ears. I was losing them or they were falling off my ear. These secure my earrings to my ear lobe. I haven’t gotten any irritation from them and I have very sensitive skin so that is a plus. I would recommend putting them on your earring first to open them up before sticking them on your earring directly.

At first these earring backs seemed too tight and wouldn't go on my daughters' earrings. But after we tried a few different earrings, we learned that it just needs a little bit extra force to go through. Once we learned this, we were happy that the backs actually stayed on and weren't too loose.

...they do the job. I have a pretty, but heavier set of earrings and the standard plastic/rubber-like studs don't hold them in. Wouldn't wear the earrings for fear of them falling out and me losing 'em. These butterfly studs worked pretty well. Kept the earrings in all day. The studs are smaller than I expected, so wasn't sure they'd do the job, but they did.A good buy, imo. 👍🏽
