Real wood airplane glider kit. Made of balsa wood which is light weight. Must be handled with reasonable care or will break. Thus the age range recommendation. Some teens will find these to be fun, especially if it’s their idea. Grandparents may remember these from their own childhood. Yep, same airplanes. I have used these as stocking stuffers and items in a classroom treasure chest. Last Christmas I donated a dozen to Toys for Tots. I’m sure that you will find a use for them. It’s handy to keep a few around.

Quick shipping. A little smaller then what I thought they might be, they are still enjoyable to watch my grandkids play with them

I’ve flown these when I was a kid. Lots of cheap fun. Brings back memories. I like it.

Waste of money. Very disappointed . Total legends is about 6” almost as far as they fly. Gave to grand children ages 10 ,11, 13, 15, 17, 18 . They don’t fly. They won’t fly. Shame on the people that sell them.

My husband and I both remember as children playing with balsa wood glider airplanes. I remember being outside in good weather for hours on end playing with the planes. So, I found them on Amazon and bought a set for my grandkids to play with. They had a ball with them, and continue to do so. It was very satisfying to see my grandbabies having a good time, outdoors instead of noses stuck in electronics. They have played for hours outdoors, and that is a very good thing. I will definitely buy these again.

I bought two sets of these planes for my homeschool class on the Wright Brothers, and the kids had a blast putting them together. The only problem was that the wood is super thin at the top (understandable as the plane needs to be lightweight) and a couple kids ended up cracking their planes so that the tails wouldn't stay on (making them not fly well). So if you give these to children, supervise carefully.

These are great fun! They are balsa wood. They are delicate so sturdiness is not a consideration for durability. If you want them to last simply be careful handling them.Otherwise they are awesome! They assemble and work as good as the ones I got as a kid 50 years ago! The produce the same joy for my 4 yr old grand daughter as I had at her age. Them directions are easy to follow and the guidance to adjust the wing position for level flight or to do loops is accurate.I highly recommend these!
