I'm going to give it 5 starts for now because it did fit up nicely, but my main concern is the gasket. It's just a simple, flat, rubber gasket with no medal lining or grooving on the gasket. It was completely different from the one I purchased a few years back at the auto parts store. Unfortunately, once installed, I didn't have a chance to test drive it until after dark because I had done a lot more than the trans pan and gasket/filter, I also pulled the engine and replacing the oil pan, so I couldn't really check for leaks being so dark outside. That said, I used this set (the pickup filter anyway) to convert my 2wd pan to a 4wd pan with a longer pickup, and it all seemed to fit up well. Time will tell if this gasket holds up, and if I do notice leaks I will definitely edit my review. Also, I torqued all the bolts to the recommended 12 pound feet of torque.

Fit my 1995 powerstroke. Good quality. No leaks. Way cheaper then the parts store. Would recommend.

Make sure you get the right version that goes in the correct depth pan, I think there is a difference in 2WD and 4WD versions of the oil pickup neck. I'll probably still use a name brand gasket for the long term, although this one should work if you add the right RTV in the corners.
