If you do your own fork service, this tool is worth the cost of avoiding the frustration of installing MTB fork seals. Works great!

Makes this job so easy. And it’s just a few bucks. No brainer. You can find some hacks to get your seals in, but this is fool proof. Works every time and makes it a >1 minute job.

Was originally planning to use pvc pipe or a socket to do this job since I didn’t want to spend $40 on the tool from Fox. After pulling the fork apart I found this tool and decided it was worth a try. Made driving the new seals in effortless. The new version of the Fox seals are flange less and this made getting the depth perfect a piece of cake.

Where do I start? This tool is absolutely brilliant and absolutely perfect. After trying to set seals with a pvc pipe or tapping in evenly with a screw driver, I gave in and got this. WOW. Works the first time, every time, and seats the seats perfectly straight, without damaging the wipers. Absolutely brilliant design. Anyone that is servicing their own fork needs this.

Bought this to replace the seals on my 2020 fox 34 factory. I’ve used the pvc route the last few seasons and this was not terribly expensive so I bought it. I am 100% glad I bought this and it’s easier to install seals over using the pvc method due to the design of this tool being able to guide the seal in place while using a mallet. Perfect and flush seal installation in less than a minute for both seals.

My first time installing dust seals on my fork. The old seals had a flange, and the new ones don’t. I tried installing without a tool, and it didn’t work. I looked for the Fox tool, but it would take a week to get it and it was twice as expensive. I got this tool in a day and it made the job easy. It was larger than I expected, but it fit perfectly. I used a rubber mallet, and the tool was not damaged.
