Very precise, I know some talked about not having resets but why? Press and hold ...want new reading repress and hold again. Easy you can add or deflate and re-read as you fo it no need of reset at all.

I had a Topeak for years and it finally stopped working. I probably should have gone back with the same one because it lasted so long. This one is fine so far just doesn't feel as substantial as the Topeak but is working fine. No complaints.

I ride Mountain Bikes with a tubeless set up and pressures around 20 psi. To set the tubes, I like to use a high volume cylinder that can be pre-pressurized at 120 psi. To replace my old pump, I was looking for a new pump that could go up to 160 psi but also read pressures accurately around 20psi. Turns out the only pumps that exist with dual pressure gauges or non-linear gauges are very expensive and may not be all that accurate. So then I decided to buy a standard pump plus one of these gauges to dial in the pressure. It works like a charm. The gauge seems to be accurate (but how would I really tell?) and it allows me to bleed air while constantly reading the pressure. This gauge will also be handy on rides when using a hand pump or CO2 cartridge that don’t have a gauge.

I've had to toss many many low pressure mountain bike spring gauges in the trash when the mechanism fails for unknown reasons. I have rubber boots on them and keep them in sealed quart bags and they never leave my vehicle or storage. Somehow just using them or transporting them around is too much abuse or they are getting clogged with sealant so I bought a couple of these for testing. I think I'm done with accu gauges. This tool is lighter than a metal spring gauge, works with both shrader and presta, and comes in a nice padded cardboard case that is excellent for storing the tool in a gear bag if you've got the room. Much better than a 'rubber boot' on a spring gauge for protection. I only use them for presta, but it has been great as it measures to tenths of a lb and I think I believe the numbers for accuracy as well. Readings are repeatable and plenty precise for low pressure mountain bike tire adjustments. The digital readout is in my opinion easier to interpret than an analog gauge for a fixed reading. I like the audible sound the tool makes when the pressure has been read so I know when to remove it and look at the screen. Because the head swivels partially and because the screen doesn't need to be visible to take a pressure reading it is not at all awkward to get a reading. I always clear the valve of any potential sealant before using this tool and so far it has not clogged up. The screen illuminates which is also very helpful in low light situations. It is possible to get very precise air pressure by releasing with the tool if you need it but I've learned how many strokes of my pump I need (small pump moves about .1 lb per stroke) to make small adjustments to air pressure close enough for my uses, so I never need to do this or take a second reading and would rather not risk running any more sealant than necessary into the tool. I've only owned them for a few months so no complaints about battery life yet. It is of course helpful that holding down the power will turn the tool off instead of allowing it to turn itself off, but the auto shut off is key.If you are tired of heavy fragile mechanical spring gauges, give this a try and keep the box.

When the valve fits its great. However, there are too many problems with certain valves (I only use presta-style valves - and yes I read the manual carefully and looked at videos on how to use correctly which is a must to avoid certain mistakes). Manual could be a lot better and the one on their home page is outdated (seriously?). Long live youtube!
