I was going to try and manufacture something to rear mount an ebike battery onto a bike that did not have the attachment points.Found this for probably not a lot more that it would have cost me to make something.So far it has supported a very heavy rear mounted battery with no issues.It even survived a fairly serious car accident and is still holding.So very simply inexpensive, and it does what it says on the tin.

It worked well. High-ish carbon steel, a bitch to drill through. I needed 3mm spacers for a proper fit. Very strong and stiff. Good powder coat.

Be aware that the rear brake mechanism might interfere with the product. The AMAZON product photo shows the rear brake cable disassembled so this interference wasn’t identified until the product was received.

I needed to purchase this attachment to mount my rear rack on my new fat tire e-bike. It fits perfectly.(Not part of this item; however, may I add this tip):I would like to suggest longer screws though, I accidentally dropped it and can’t find it so had to improvise. The longer screw appears to be more secure than the short one they include with the bike rack.

Couldn’t find ANYTHING, ANYWHERE until I found this. You can use this to attach a rear bike rack to your Jetson Haze when you buy the bicycle seat post rear rack type. I used this to attach a rear seat for my daughter.

This is a little bit of a niche product and basically does what it's supposed to do. It allowed me to install my rear pannier rack to my bike that did not have any side mounting holes. Took off a star as the middle screw was a little short and I had to use the one that came with the bike. Perhaps they could included more variety of set screws to fit a wider variety of bikes.

used this to be able to mount a rear cargo rack to my bike that didnt not have mounting points above rear wheel. A more clever guy could probably just fabricate something that would work, this was cheap,easy, and plenty sturdy for my needs
