  • Keep Water Out While Snorkeling: This dry snorkel with purge valve uses a floating ball system that seals the snorkel tube when submerged, preventing water from entering. Once you surface, it automatically reopens, ensuring uninterrupted breathing. Designed for snorkeling, scuba diving, freediving, and spearfishing, this snorkel gear for adults provides a dry, hassle-free experience, allowing you to explore underwater comfortably and safely.
  • Soft Silicone Mouthpiece for Comfort: The comfortable silicone mouthpiece is designed for prolonged use without jaw fatigue, making it ideal for extended snorkeling or diving sessions. Unlike cheaper snorkels that cause discomfort, this adult snorkel is made from high-quality silicone, offering a snug, secure fit. Its ergonomic design provides a better bite grip, reducing strain on your mouth, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable snorkeling experience.
  • Flexible Corrugated Silicone Hose: The corrugated silicone tube enhances flexibility, allowing the snorkel to naturally follow the contours of your face for a more secure and comfortable fit. The ergonomic design prevents pulling and lets the dry snorkel fall away when not in use. Whether you're into scuba diving, snorkeling, or freediving, this snorkel ensures effortless adaptability, making it an essential addition to your scuba diving gear or snorkeling set for adults.
  • Easy Water Clearing with One-Way Purge Valve: Even the best snorkeling gear can let water in, but our dry top snorkel features a one-way purge valve for effortless clearing. A single exhale removes any trapped water, keeping your breathing unobstructed. This feature adds safety and convenience, making it a must-have for any snorkeling set for adults, whether you’re exploring reefs, diving deep, or enjoying a casual swim.
  • Quick Release Clip for Easy Attachment: The adjustable quick-release clip allows you to easily attach and detach your snorkel tube from your mask, ensuring a secure fit for all snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. The clip slides up and down for better positioning, improving comfort and usability. Whether you're using it for a snorkel set for adults or integrating it into your scuba gear, this feature enhances convenience for every underwater adventure.

Product Description

Dry Snorkel
  • A dry snorkel is designed with a special valve at the top that prevents water from entering the tube, even when submerged. This keeps the snorkel air passages dry and ensures easier breathing while snorkeling.

  • No, dry snorkels are designed to provide easy airflow while keeping the snorkel dry. The valve system ensures you can breathe normally without worrying about water entering the tube.

  • To keep your dry snorkel in good condition, rinse it with fresh water after each use to remove salt. Plus, with its unique design, you can easily purge the water out of the valve easily.

  • A dry snorkel is ideal for beginners or those who prefer to avoid swallowing water while snorkeling. It provides a more comfortable and stress-free experience, especially in rough waters or when diving.

The other person with me had the old basic snorkel and it was night and day difference. Almost never any water in the tube. Clips onto the mask to stay upright. The positioning notches are a little weak at holding the the clip that slides up and down, but really didn't cause any issues.

After deciding to ditch the full face snorkel masks and go back to "old school" for safety reasons, I settled on this snorkel for our next trip to Aruba. Having just come back from two weeks there and lots of opportunity to test it out, I can definitely attest to its performance. I didn't get any water in, even when I inadvertently tipped my head back too far. The purge valve is awesome, and the mechanism at the top does its job as well. I would highly recommend this snorkel - great value for the money, and a range of color options to suit pretty much anyone's taste. I'm glad I ended up going with this one instead of one that was triple the price!

I am 67 years old and swim in a pool regularly to help loose weight and get strength back after 2 years in a wheelchair. I snorkel 1/3 mile and do Isometric exercises. I had a different snorkel from Amazon that had over 2,000 reviews, but I kept getting water in the tube. I like this snorkel a lot better. It is slightly taller than my old one so I don't get the water in it. I like the mouth piece way better, very comfortable without digging into my gums. Finally, my breathing flows much easier in this snorkel. I highly recommend this snorkel for adults.

This is the best snorkel I have ever used. It does such a good job of keeping air out of the tube, particularly in choppy water. It is also very easy to clear and barely needs clearing when you go under. It is comfortable and easy to attach to any mask. I would definitely recommend.

This is a fine snorkel. It lets you breath while swimming. It has a nice plastic clip to attach to a mask. The backflow preventer is not perfect, as it can stick. The mouthpiece is comfortableThe large end is NOT great while SCUBA diving in a current as it wobbles.

This snorkel has nice soft silicone flex tube and mouth piece which is very comfortable to use. The mouth piece has a smaller form factor that feels much more natural in my mouth; less like a large mouth guard. The flex tube is naturally bent a little so it doesn't try to pull the mouth piece out like other snorkels with a straight tube. Both the dry and purge valves work awesome! If you swim a little crazy and go upside down or flip around and turn the snorkel upside down, it does stay dry for he most part but it is possible that a little water can get in. I will say that it definitely is a lot less than other 'dry' snorkels that I've tried. The best thing though is that because the silicone flex tube is so soft, it's really easy to just squeeze it a little and blow a big puff of air to get rid of the water, even while still underwater! I think the extra bit of space between the mouthpiece and purge valve is what helps keep whatever little water that gets in, away from the airway. It's also really cool looking, and the logo is pretty cool, so there's that.

I love this snorkel! I have a back issue that doesn't allow me to do regular swimming because the twisting motion makes my back worse. But I love the water so I've adapted by using a mask and snorkel and exercise fins to do an underwater kind of breast stroke and up and down kicking using the swim fins to propel me through the water. This exercise actually strengthens the multifidus muscles in my back so that my back feels better for a good two days after I swim Anyway, back to the snorkel. I started with an inexpensive mask and snorkel combination to see if this way of "swimming" would work for me and it did, but the mask was uncomfortable and the snorkel mouthpiece was pretty hard and maybe because of the effort of holding it in my mouth, it took on water by the end of the third lap and I had to stop to let the water out. I did a lot of research and bought a new mask, then decided on this snorkel. What a difference! The mouthpiece is soft and comfortable and for whatever reason, it doesn't take on water so I'm able to swim continuous laps, making my swim sessions completely enjoyable. I swim twice a week for 40 minutes and am careful to thoroughly rinse the snorkel after use and to let dry thoroughly before putting it back in my swim bag. Although I almost caved and bought another snorkel in order to have a pretty color, I'm really happy that I bought this basic black but extremely well functioning snorkel. Good equipment definitely makes a difference.

I bought this snorkel for a trip in the Atlantic due to high reviews. It sucks that it took several uses for me to find out it doesn't work for me or my bf.Pros:Solid constructionMade of siliconeQuick clip is greatCons:I did not think this was that great of a dry snorkel. I dove several times but coming up I purged and it was like the ball got stuck so any waves coming over would start to get water in my snorkel. Not good. It's uncomfortable for small mouths. I know I have a small mouth. It is because my jaw does not open so wide. So clenching on this mouthpiece got uncomfortable at times. I will also say that my bf suffered from ball palsy when he was younger and he does have some control of his facial muscle but the mouthpiece was too big to form a comfortable seal for him. This is my first dry snorkel but I have used plenty of wet and semi drys before.Edit: cover piece over the purge valve fell off. No idea when and why it comes off so easily. I decided to purchase a different brand dry snorkel and confirmed that the mouth piece on this is a hard no for my small mouth. I've dove with this snorkel for over a year now and I'll be retiring it / keeping it as a spare for guests.
