Nice snorkel, didn’t realize it was a type of training device to teach you body to go on less oxygen as you swim. It has a small diameter opening to restrict airflow.Materials and device itself is well made and sturdy, I just haven’t gotten used to it yet. ,

Much more comfortable adjustable head bracket than my previous swim snorkel.
