I am happily surprised at how comfortable and supportive these insoles are. I initially bought them for my leather flats because I needed some arch support and want some elevation. They are extremely comfortable and has made walking with flats a lot more comfortable.I ended up trying these insoles on my chunky leather boots and wow, it made a huge difference in comfort. I can definitely tell a difference in shock absorption with and without the insoles for both my flats and chunky leather boots.These are super versatile and I find these to be more comfortable than other Dr. Scholl's insoles I've used.

The size is definitely not for a full Women's 6-10 foot. Without any trimming, it was about 2 inches shorter than my foot. It seems like this may intentionally be shorter than the size listed so it could fit shoes without much space in the toe box if that's what you're looking for. I'm a Women's 7.5-8 and this barely supports the balls of my feet.It wasn't a good match for my Mary Janes which needed more support towards the front, but it was a good match for my boots where I needed support at the arch. It was also good because my boot don't have enough space to support a thick sole towards the front.I recommend this if you're looking for a sole specifically for shoes where you don't need added support to the balls of your feet or if the front of your shoe can't support an insole.

These definitely gave my heels some cushioning and helped with my heel pain at work where I stand all day. I wouldn’t strongly recommend them because they always move around in the shoe. I wear these in Converse shoes. You can easily remove them and put them in other shoes whenever you need to. I’m always having to stop and readjust them back towards the heel, because they creep up towards the toe of my shoes as I walk. My feet start to hurt if I don’t fix the inserts because the thick heel part gets stuck under my arches, which don’t need the support.

So over the last 10 years, I’ve gained quite a bit of weight, and I can no longer wear my Converse shoes that are completely flat. These inserts have helped with everything from just taking the dogs for a walk to being able to do my job as an operations supervisor, walking miles and miles and miles a day just at work alone lifting pulling, pushing picking up whatever it was busy busy busy. It just allows me to do that without my feet killing me at the end of the day which has been so helpful. I also like these, just because they fit so perfectly in my shoes although I’ve gained a bunch of weight, I am still very petite person and I do have small feet so the size of these are just perfect. It gives me the arch support. It also gives me a little heel cushion just works so I buy them over and over again I’ve bought maybe five or six times already and before I bought them on Amazon, I did get them at Walmart. But to be honest, I just like getting them from Amazon better I don’t have to go and deal with Walmart and it’s still a good price on here so it just works out better for me. I also like that I don’t have to cut these to fit my shoe other ones I’ve tried that were for plantar fasciitis and stuff like that I would always have to cut or they were uncomfortable or something and these aren’t. These are just perfect and comfortable and that’s just it.

My job requires a good few steps.I wear steel toe cap boots and at the end of the dayy feet hurt.Bought these no pain !😍Well worth the cost !👏🏻

I was having pain in my knees because my shoes were bending inwards, the insoles helped level that out and are very comfortable to wear. Although the could be slightly bigger as they they do no fit the entire shoe
