These are the best insoles I’ve ever owned. I love this brand. Worth every penny. I have very high arches and have plantar fasciitis. These insoles make all the difference in the world.

I have been struggling with metatarsalgia for a while now. I've tried many different insoles, even others that were marketed for metatarsalgia but these are the first ones to help eliminate the pain. They have the "button" in the right spot to properly support my foot bones. Great product. worth the price. Fits in any shoe

I am thrilled to have had these suggested to me by a family member! I was ready to make an appointment to get inserts made due to the extreme pain I was having in my feet! I’m on my feet all day as a teacher and had pain everyday. I was starting to put off my gym workouts because of it. The only shoes I could wear were my running shoes. I got immediate relief the first day I wore these inserts. It has now been three weeks and I can honestly say that my foot pain is 95% gone! I did not have to trim and I have been switching them out with all my winter boots. These have been a miracle for my feet!

My physical therapist suggested I get these for plantar fasciitis and a bruised heel bone. I move these to whichever shoes I've decided to wear that day and they've held up well being taken in and out of shoes and boots. They have made a world of difference for my poor foot. I have very high, wide arches. These are high enough but don't go quite wide enough in height. But they still feel very good. I can't wear shoes without them now.

I've always used cheap drugstore insoles to replace the foam insoles that come in most athletic shoes so when a friend recommended these, I was a little hesitant to try them because of the price. However, these insoles brought so much relief to my feet that I bought a pair for each of my athletic shoes. Before using these insoles, my $200 pair of Nike's made my feet ache so much, I never wore them. Now they make me feel like I'm walking on pillows! No more pain and No Fatigue. These insoles are worth every penny!

I have used Sole insoles for years, and they have generally provided good support in my work boots, as well as my running shoes. My current insoles are well past their prime, so I decided to give the newer version with the metatarsal pads a try. They took some getting used to on the first day, but aside from the usual ache of breaking in new insoles, it was fine. The second day ended with severe swelling and tenderness in my transverse arches. It took multiple days for the swelling to go down; not great for a person who has to be on his feet all day at work.Unless an insole like this has been recommended to you by a doctor, or perhaps if you don't spend all day on your feet, I would recommend staying away from the insoles with the met pad, and stick the plain old version.

These insoles are designed for support, not cushion - if that's what you're going for, I recommend these quality insoles. I really like the support they provide, though do wish there was more cushion in the metatarsal and toe region. I also wish the met pad was a little larger but it's decent. I barely feel it at all in my hiking boots, but do feel it more in my running shoes. I have a size 8.5 women's shoes and these fit well.

This brand holds up well over time. I had Humanco ones and they wore out in 6 months. These ones last way longer and have good support. Glad to see their supply chain issues have been resolved since Covid. I personally feel like they fit best 1size up and trim the toe down for heel to arch spacing, but everyone’s feet are different.

Late last year, I started walking around the neighborhood each night, trying to stay a little more active now that I've lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately, while wearing my (only pair of) shoes, I noticed that the arch in my left foot would hurt painfully if I tried to really walk briskly. My shoes were offering zero arch support and on investigation I realized I had worn almost completely through the insoles. Since the exterior of my shoes were in great condition, I decided to get these based on the reviews here and elsewhere.Right off the bad, they were extremely painful to wear. Whether that was due to years of my feet/legs being in a weird position due to the old flat insoles, or something else, I don't know. But after two weeks (the recommended break-in time) plus a trip through the oven, I was seriously considering giving up on them. I'm glad I didn't, though. After just a few more weeks of light use, I did finally get accustomed to them and now my feet and muscles don't hurt at all when doing my walking or going to the store. The difference between my old insoles and these is night and day. These offer good cushioning for the heel and more arch support than I've ever had. (Sadly, my left foot's arch still hurts if I try to walk too briskly, but this insole has reduced the recurrence of the pain a little bit.) Just walking around the grocery store or a park, they are quite comfortable. Although these seem to be geared towards the athletic end of the human scale, I think they'd be fine for people work work standing up all day, too.If there's anything to complain about — besides the long break-in period, that is — it's that the procedure to form them to your feet by heating them in the oven doesn't seem to really do anything. I followed the directions, but the little dot never changed color. After the time limit, I wore them as instructed but never did notice any real change in fit or comfort. If there's a change to be had by doing this, it seems to be very minor.Overall, I'm happy with them, and I hope that they last a while considering how much more expensive they were than off-the-shelf insoles you find at your local big box retailer.
