They drill wood just fine, however, be careful with the 3mm bit, it will get burned out quickly if you don't manage the heat.

I only downgraded the rating for the value because the price was high at the time. These are hard to get metric bits that are normally only sold in the UK, so when I saw them available here I jumped on them despite the high price. Supply and demand sets the value, right? I'm okay that I spent $29.00 for them, but they were soon available for about $17.00 from the same seller. Eh, get them while you can if you need them. Otherwise, exactly what I needed.

I needed this product and paid over $29.00.You can buy the same at about 45% less by searching - thus is a price rip-off.The Dremel Brad Drill Set 636 is an excellent product though.
Avoid chinesium if you want the best tools
